while waiting for mr. matthews to show up to class, maya and farkle perform a mock debate just for laughs. you weren't entirely for the idea, since you didn't want to run the risk of getting caught, but you kept your mouth shut knowing your crush, the one and only farkle minkus, was in on the joke.
even if you were against their monkey business, you couldn't help but laugh every time maya made a snide remark, or when farkle shut her down with a smart-ass comment. you didn't even realize how long you held your gaze on the minkus boy until he pointed it out.
