I walked into the cafe and sit in my original seat. I needed to pay. Because it doesn't take that long to make what I ordered. Half of their stuff is probably frozen anyways.

I thought over what I said again and again. I wish that he didn't do what he did. My mom would be alive, and we could be together.

What kind of sick childish asshole does something like that?

I look in my bag taking out a ten dollar bill and walk to the front, awaiting the people who where in here before the gossip lead them outside.

They all file in, heads down, and back to their plates.

When he/she walks behind the counter taking the money, and I get my plate. Finally. She just gives me a look. Like she was expecting something. I just scoff and roll my eyes.

As if. I wasn't saying thank you.

I was still starving, and it's actually hard to come up with comebacks when your hungry. And it's pretty hard to say thank you as well.

I sit down putting ketchup on my plate.

My fries and burger are already cold, the sky now dark. I sigh and groan, I mean what kind of food is this anyway?

And what the hell is up with the sky?

I take a bite and moan at the flavor, my mouth and stomach glad for the food. Three days takes a toll.

I dip a fry into the ketchup and bite it roughly.

Man did he tick me off. I mean he has the audacity to talk to me like a piece of meat, after what he did.

He was a jerkfaced toilet wad.

I sucked down the rest of my coke, and didn't leave a tip for he/she, beings he/she helped corner me with Fate. I walk out and see he/she scramble to the table and stomp his/her foot at the sight of no tip. She looks at me and glares through the window.

I just flip her off walking backwards with a halfhearted smile and then fully turning around searching for a place to stay.

I feel a raindrop on my hand and I lift it up and then look at the sky.

Just my damn luck.

I groan and continue searching for a place to stay and spot a sketchy looking motel.

Guess I'll go there. Usually dramatic stuff happened there, but my life was dramatic anyways, so might as well.

Running across the street I notice all the stares from the windows. Mostly glares. I mean I made their big bad Alpha Fate cry.

I walk in and the receptionist is filing her nails away, chewing gum obnoxiously. It smells of mint, urine, and bug spray

I cringe at the sound of her gum smacking in her teeth. And of course the horrid smells are making my eyes water, and sensitive nose burn.

I walk up to her. She had a bell hop suit on, the pants are at least three inches away from the shoe. And her socks where a gross yellow. Her face was young but her teeth where yellow, probably from all of the sugar she's smacking in her mouth. Her eyes where a dull brown, and her hair was hidden under her hat.

Her nails where grainy looking and she was just overall, kinda gross.

She looks up, still chewing her gum. She blows a giant bubble creating an awkward silence, and then pops it, and starts lip smacking once more.

"Sorry. Rooms are full." She says not even looking at me. Her voice sounded like sandpaper.

I look behind her at the room lights. A sign reads
