It was dark and I was currently hiding behind an old car. Colored lights shine on my face. The music wasn't making this better, the nerves were killing me. I had to win, no way I was going to lose! I held my gun closer to my chest, taking a deep breath before sprinting to my next hiding spot. Wait... I can hear footsteps slowly coming towards me. I smirked, too bad I can hear you.
Nate's P.O.V.
Slowly I made my way trough the obstacles. I was proud of myself that I was so quiet. Gun ready and crouching I walked until I suddenly I heard noise on my left, so I decided to check it out. I leaned against the wall, listening if I hear another noise. Sure enough, I heard some sort of shuffling. Now I got you, I thought. I jumped around the corner and begin shooting. I froze because before me was nobody. I was tricked with an empty bottle and a jacket. My jaw dropped to the ground in disbelief. I, the great Natewantstobattle was tricked? Well, that's new history right there! I wanted to turn around but I stopped when I felt something poke my back. ''Hey Nate!'' Oh no...
Your P.O.V.
''Hey Nate!'' I said. ''You seriously fell for my trick?'' I snickered. ''I didn't think that would actually work, guess you're less smart than I thought!'' I said moving my gun to his chest. ''(Y/N), can we talk about this?'' He asked. ''Hey, it is not my fault you were stupid!'' I shot but he ducked so it just missed him. ''You may have tricked me but that doesn't mean you won!'' He said. So the real battle began. The once sneaky strategy was replaced with just shooting and ducking. It sure was exhausting and we both were still alive. All of a sudden the game over sound was heard. I looked at my chest and saw the (F/C) flickering. ''Awe man!'' I heard Nate whine. I looked up and saw that his lights were flickering too. I began to laugh and Nate looked up. When he saw my lights were also flickering, he laughed with me. ''Let's play this laser game again some time (Y/N)!'' He laughed. ''Yes! And that time I am going to win for sure!'' I said. ''Uh-huh, but your tricks won't work then!'' Nate said. I tell you this: he fell for the trick again.
