EllaBella: well they're watching a movie today that is very obviously from the land without magic bc it's like,, very church-y

HenryMills: i'm p sure that's illegal but carry on

EllaBella: it was the only Christmas movie we had so the teacher said to just go for it lol

EllaBella: anyway it's about this crippled lamb and he's talking to the cow about how he feels all alone bc no one likes him and then he says

EllaBella: "and now i can't even go up to the hill with all the green grass with all my friends" and i just???

EllaBella: honey, those aren't your friends

EllaBella: so basically the lesson this movie is teaching kids is either

EllaBella: 1. Even if someone's mean to you, they're still your friend if they're the same species as you or 2. If you don't have any real friends, that makes the people who bully you your friends

EllaBella: anyway i'm Concerned

GraceHatter: but this was a church-y movie and also a Christmas movie??

EllaBella: oh yeah it ended with the whole birth of Jesus thing

EllaBella: except, you know, Jesus was born in the Middle East and all of the humans characters in this movie were WHITE

EllaBella: but i'm not salty about the whitewashing of a religious figure we don't even believe in bc of the whole greek gods thing

EllaBella: it's fine

EllaBella: so anyway now tia and i are just venting about this stupid video instead of actually ya know watching the children to make sure they're behaving
