(Shawn POV)
I stare intensely at Blackbeard as I felt the tension grow between us, he had this shit eating grin as I had this blank expression but the atmosphere between us said otherwise. He laughed to himself & I noticed that darkness surrounded him, I still gave him a blank stare
"That's the same expression your brother wore when we encountered each other!" he exclaimed
"Is that important now?"
"Should be, runt! Kuro--" I cut him off as my eye twitched as I tilted my head to the side creepily
"Runt?! Who are you calling runt?!" I felt myself grow into my original height as I towered over everyone, I was probably half of Whitebeard's height but I was still pretty damn tall "Who's the runt now, Teach?!"
"I guess me, but it makes no difference! Kurouzu!" I was able to stay my ground bit I was slowly slipping towards him, it disappeared & I smirked when I saw he had a shocked expression "H–Huh?! How did that not work?!"
"Who knows? Luffy! Get out of here, I'll take care of Blackbeard!"
"Alright!" they run ahead & I smirk at Blackbeard as he had an annoyed look on his face, I snap my fingers & saw that darkness surrounded my hand
"I–Impossible?! How are you--"
"You never listen Teach! Back on Whitebeard's crew I told you that I could steal other devil fruit powers! I guess we see how dumb you really are!"
"Shut up! Liberation!" I dully look up & see that destroyed pieces of Impel Down came raining down on me, I easily dodge all of the broken pieces & smirk to myself
"My turn, let's see, Kurouzu!" Teach came hurdling towards me with widened eyes as I stretch my arm back "Now, Gomu Gomu no: Diamond Fire Pistol!" I punch him in the side of his chest & sent him flying back
"Captain!!" his crew mates went after him as I walked away
"Your pathetic & weak as always, Teach."
(Third Person POV)
Shaw was making his way up & when he was in Level 3 again, he saw that Ivankov was lying on the with poison everywhere around him. He sighed & picked the okama off the ground & ran to where the stairs are… or were, they were destroyed
"Eh?! What the hell?!" in Level 2 Luffy's group was now in front of Magellan, Jinbei, Crocodile, Daz & Samantha look at the poison man in surprise as he threw Inazuma on the ground
"How the hell…?"
"Inazuma!"
"Bastard!!"
"Hydra!" the attack came hurdling towards them but it suddenly froze just mid way in front of them "What…?!"
"Magellan!" someone grabbed Inazuma & dropped both him & Ivankov in front of them as they spread their arms out "Its been too long Warden, 12 years to be exact." the hydra head unfroze & went back to him
"I still regret not throwing you in Level 6 back when you were 12." he shrugged to himself & pointed his guns at him, but almost dropped them when everyone started screaming
"Eh?! Since you were 12?!"
"& you escaped?!"
"How the hell did you do that?!" he turned around & pointed to his head
"I used my head, unlike you nitwits that have the size of a bean for a brain."
"So harsh!!" he smirked & pointed his guns at Magellan again
"I'll defeat you in ease again like I did back then." he scoffed
"Like hell!!" all three hydra heads came at once but Shaw dodged them all & jumped in the air
"Betsu no Dangan: Blue Bullet, Multi Shot!!" he got hit by each bullet & his entire body froze yet again, he laughed when he landed on the ground gracefully "Easy." that was until the ice started cracking "What the?!"
"He's breaking free!"
"Run!" he got ready to fight him but Jinbei stopped him
"Shaw–san! We need you to come with us!"
"What?! But--"
"You said you had an escape plan, right?" he nodded slowly "Then we need you for that escape plan!"
"But, I uh, argh! Fine, Luffy! Are you fine on your own?" he nodded with a grin
"Of course!" he sighs but smiles gently
"Look after yourself, let's go." Jinbei & that had easily crossed through Level 1 & were now at the entrance, Shaw saw how the prisoners had a hard time opening the it until they finally did
… but on the other side, there were no docked ships anywhere
"There's not a single warship to steal."
"Nor are there marines." Shaw crossed his arms & rolled his eyes
"Hmph, of course there aren't! Once they found out shit was going down they probably already figure out that we were gonna steal a ship. But look, out of the bay the ships are over there." he said as he pointed towards the mist
"& how do you suppose we get over there?!" Buggy snapped, he looked down at him & began to sweat bullets "I–I mean…"
"You wanna know?" he gulped, he looked back towards the water & put his fingers to his lips, took a deep breath before blowing on them, making a loud whistling sound
"W–What the heck?!"
"Volpina!!" it went silent, suddenly the ground started rumbling until something erupted out of the ground, everyone was freaking out while Crocodile, Daz & Jinbei stare in shock "You took your time."
"Well I'm sorry, I was suppose to make FRIENDS while you were busy getting Ace-sama! Remember?!"
"Yeah yeah whatever! Did you do as you were told though?" she sighed & suddenly the other sea kings appeared behind her
"Of course, but I don't forgive you Boss-sama."
"I don't care. What I want you to do now is destroy all of those marine warships but leave ONE behind! Got it? ONE!"
"Yeah yeah! One, I got it!" she told the sea kings what he said & they understood & made their way towards them
"Unbelievable?! How the hell did you do that?!" he just looked at them
"Magic. Now a few of you need to go over there to bring the ship over her or something like that!"
"I'll go!" Jinbei said, he tore off one of the doors to the entrance then jumped into the water. He nodded at Jinbei before running back into Impel Down to help Luffy & the others out
