(Third Person POV)
Everyone has been by Shaw's side since then, there wasn't at least one time where he was alone. When he'd go to the bathroom someone would be waiting for him, ready to be there for him. Sure on the outside he looked annoyed, but on the inside, he was hella happy that at least they cared
Though he is to scared to look at a mirror ever again, all he sees in his reflection is Osore & his evil smirk, he doesn't want to see that image of that bastard ever again… but then again, that's just the bad side of Shaw
"You know that I'm okay now, right?" he asked to them
"We don't care! You asked us to never leave you alone & we promise you that we won't leave you alone!" Koala declared, everyone nodded as he laughed sheepishly
"Okay okay, you win." she smirked
"Of course, I always win." he rolled his eyes & hugged her
"I'm just glad that you guys care for a no good guy like me." before she could say anything he had walked away with a smile on his face
"Hey! Wait up!" it was Valentine's day & Shaw did what he did last year, he & Koala basically had a day to themselves. All they did were kiss, cuddle & all that cute stuff. Sabo & Keisha did as well but they also went on a date, it was so cute
"Koala, I'm gonna go get a drink, want anything?" she shook her head
"No thank you, hurry back though." he nodded & kissed her forehead, she smiled to herself
"Of course." he walked out of the room & sighed to himself, he hated how he lied to Koala sometimes. Sure he was a man of his word but, lying to her how he was fine? How he was okay? It broke his heart doing all that lying "I need to clear my mind somehow." he mumbled to himself
He was outside the kitchen when he heard voices, he didn't think much of it & goes to walk in but stops when he hears the mention of his name, Whitebeard… & the Marineford War. He steps back & decides to eavesdrop, he knows that's rude but he needs to hear what their saying
"Hey, did you know its the anniversary of Shawn & Whitebeard's death?"
"Eh? Really? On valentines day?" the first voice shook their head
"Nah nah, tomorrow on Feb the 15th."
"Whoa, Shaw died on the day after Valentine's day? That kinda sucks don't you think?"
"I know, that's why no one mentions it around him, he's a very sensitive guy, very emotional as well." the second voice nodded
"I agree."
"That's why you keep your mouth shut around him!" Shaw on the other hand heard all of it & was at the verge of tears, it was his fathers anniversary the next day & what he wanted was to go visit his grave
… but he couldn't, not without an excuse. He wiped his tears away & put on a fake calm smile, he took a deep breath & walked in
"Around who?" he asked, trying to see if they're going to lie about that whole conversation
"S–Shaw!"
"Its none of your concern! Don't worry about it!"
"Are you sure?" they both nervously nodded, Shaw shrugged it off, grabbed what he came for & walked off. As soon as he was away from the room, he broke down into tears. He couldn't help it, but what they said, were true, he was a pretty sensitive person
He slumped down onto the ground & covered his mouth to quiet is sobs & cries, right now he wanted to be alone, but Koala would be worried about him. He shakily got up & walked back to the room, he wiped his tears away again & pulled a fake smile again before opening the door
