"Here lies 'Whitebeard' Edward Newgate & Clarity D. Newgate (I like the way it sounds so don't correct me) Shawn, may their Souls Rest in Piece. I'm still surprised their related-yoi." Thatch & Shanks nodded
"I'd be dead if it weren't for him, even though he jinxed me & himself... he never deserved this." Thatch murmured as he placed a bouquet of flowers in between the two "Rest in piece old man."
"I haven't met the kid all to well but... he sounds amazing, brave & courageous."
"He was..." they turn around & saw Volpina, she had teary eyes as she wiped the corner of her eyes "What is Koala-sama going to think of this...?!"
"Koala...?" she nodded
"She's the only woman he made Boss-sama fall head over heels for." their eyes widened "She's a revolutionary as well."
"Really?" she nodded again
"She's going to be so heartbroken, he left in such a hurry I could only explain a few parts before going after him myself."
"We're all heartbroken that both of them are gone, so we'll feel her pain-yoi."
"You don't get it, he only spent a couple days with her when they finally became a couple while he spent years with you guys!" Shanks looks at them
"She's got a point." she scoffed
"Whatever, I'm going to see if I can find her."
"Volpina, wait!" but she already flew off, Marco signed & ran a hand through his hair. He felt someone place a hand on his shoulder & saw it was Devina
"Everything is going to be okay, Marco. Your going to make pops proud on carrying on his era!" Thatch nodded
"& who better to be the captain then the Commander of the 1st Division?!" Marco cracked a small smile

Sabo & Koala had made their way back to Baltigo & she was anxious on the promise she made with Shaw, she couldn't tell if he was lying to her. Like he said, he never lied to her but he sounded like he was in so much pain
