"It's called being polite, Kari. Anyways this is Nettie. And Teagan."
"Oo, the Famous Nettie. Nice to meet you Famous Nettie." A black-haired girl stuck out her hand and leaned over the counter to shake Nettie's hand.
"Oh, hi Kari. Nice to meet you, too. How's work been today?" Kari leaned in, very close to Nettie's face.
"To be honest, Mason won't let me do any work, the polite bastard. He's still giving me half the tips!" She laughed.
"That's Mason for you." Nettie grinned and giggled, taking a glance at Kari's coworker.
Everybody loves Mason. Teagan thought to herself. No. C'mon, Tea. Like Jasper said. No jealousy.
"Nice to meet the you, Teagan." Mason stuck out his hand for Teagan to shake.
"Uh. Oh. Nice to meet you, too, uhh... Mason." Teagan smiled and shook it. First impressions.
