Reaper:
-Would probably sigh and fume after a failed mission
-would see them looking excited/anticipated for the gauntlet
-he would tell them that it was a failed mission with a bit of anger of being reminded about the mission
-would see them upset/angered as they yelled that they have waited long enough and they want their birthright.
-would yell at them to shut up and let him fume without them constantly demanding things.
-would promise them that they will have the gauntlet even if it means that he has to make loose ends vanish.
Widowmaker:
-would sigh and see a worried look on their face.
-would tell them that they were beaten by the enemy.
-would tell them to worry not for the "spider always gets her prey"
