The moment Barry saw Andi teleport out of the cortex, he broke out into a run to search for her. He ran through all the corridors and checked all the rooms. After he thoroughly checked all of S.T.A.R. Labs, Barry had set out to Andi's apartment and unfortunately didn't find her there. Then, Barry went to check Joe's house, Jitters, and even CCPD.
Currently, Barry was running through the streets of Central City to search for her. As he ran through downtown, he thought back to the look on Andi's face, how she shock she was. Andi accidentally used her powers in the Cortex and because of that, she hit Cisco with her new power. Barry cannot forget the look on Andi's face as he witnessed her going through that fear and guilt of what she had done.
Barry didn't care about what Andi did. He, in fact, didn't know what caused Andi to do what she did but he didn't blame her. He couldn't. It's all because of the chip.
He couldn't begin to think of what Andi was thinking or doing at this moment. She must be out there alone and scared of herself? Was she was afraid to look at herself? To be in her own skin? Was she punishing herself for hurting Cisco and himself?
He at least figured she would be somewhere to if she's kept herself hidden from S.T.A.R. Labs radar this long. If she was somewhere Barry couldn't think of.
Andi would do what it took to keep herself away from everyone, Barry thought, to keep herself away from me.

Andi thought about what she did. It's all she can think about. That and how far away she can get from everyone she loved.
Then Andi remembered how fierce and brutal she was training with Barry. How she almost hurt him with her new power. She couldn't believe she had almost hurt the one person whom she swore to protect. The same person always had her back and stood by her side.
After doing that, Andi figured that causing hurt and destruction is what she is now known for, it's what she did now. It's all she could do.
She saw the way she ruined the Cortex, it's another example of the horror she causes. Andi saw the look on everyone's faces, and she can't get their reactions out of her mind. She always knew that one day, the people closest to her will see this side of her, the darker, more dangerous side. The side she cannot control.
I don't know how to stop it, Andi thought, I don't know how to control it.
Releasing that energy—that white light—it felt like a weight inside her body. Like the weight of a lie. Andi thought back to that moment, how she needed it to come out. She could draw it out but couldn't push it back in. She couldn't stop it. It was telling the truth, the weight lifted away once she released that power. And because she did it, she had hurt hurt Cisco.
