Birthday celebration (part2)

ANIKA'S P.O.V.

I went downstairs from my room along with Rohan and Sahil on both of my sides then dad wished me after  the cake was brought in I cut the cake and fed it to mom, dad, Rohan and Sahil and they did the same.

After that I got a very nice surprise because I saw Daksh, Om and Rudra standing in front of me whereas just sometime back they all told me they weren't going to come due to some prior commitments, then I hugged them and fed the cake to them and they did the same.

Then dad came again and said "as for Anika's birthday gift I would like to introduce all of you to the new CEO of THE RAJPUT INDUSTRIES Miss. Anika Rajput."

Then I could hear applause all over the hall

I then grabbed the microphone from dad and said "I have to say that I am not one to perform any birthday speeches though with the amount of work which was put into making this night and the sheer turnout of people, I simply could not live with myself if I didn't at least say a few words.

For all of you who made the effort to come down here and celebrate this milestone of mine. I could not be happier as all of you in one way, shape, or form have shaped me to be the person I am today and for that I am eternally grateful. Through good times and bad, through sickness and in health, I have been supported and guided every step of the way and that has only reassured to me what really matters in life.

I have been quick to learn that all the flashy and shiny things in life slowly begin to fade, though the one thing that continues to shine in my world is the true connections and relationships I have formed with my family and friends.

So enough about all this sentimental nonsense. It's time to put the music back on and get everyone back on this dance floor. Thank you all for coming and I hope you enjoy the night. Thank you!"

Then I saw the whole room went dark and two spotlights fell one on me and the other one was on Rohan, he was sitting on a chair with a guitar in his hands and he started

And with that he ended the song and hugged me said in my ears "I love you Anika"

And I hugged him back and replied "I love you too Roh"

And then we all started to enjoy the party

Then lots of people started to come to me wish me and I was having a little chat and then suddenly Daksh came from my back and said "Anu come I want you to meet someone"

Then I excused myself and went with him I could feel someone following me but then I looked back and saw people talking to each other so I just cleared my head and went to the garden there I saw a very pretty girl rather a woman standing there I couldn't understand who she is or why is she standing here or why did Daksh bring me to meet her

Then I kept staring at Daksh and he smiled at me and said "don't look so confused. She is Naina"

As soon as he said Naina I understood who she was, well Naina is Daksh's fiancé, whenever I used to talk to him he used to tell me all about her but her never shared her picture with me cause he wanted me to meet her personally

So I went her and hugged her then I said "its so good to meet you. Whenever Daksh and I chat he always tell me about."

Naina replied "it's good to meet you too"

Then I went to Daksh and hugged him and said "I am so happy for you. I love you"

Daksh laughed a bit and said "I love you too Anika"

Then we broke the hug and I looked both at Daksh and Naina and said "come on guys let's go inside and enjoy the party, Om, Rudra, Sahil and Rohan must be waiting for us inside"

With that we went inside

SHIVAAY'S P.O.V

That boy Rohan he sang a song for her and she was laughing and smiling at him and Mr. and Mrs. Rajput seemed so relaxed Om, Rudra and Sahil also liked him and they both even hugged each other

I so wanted to rush there break there hug and hug Anika cause she is mine.

I was looking at Anika she looked so beautiful but then I saw Daksh came from her back and then they were both going out of the party so I followed them but may be Anika felt that someone was following her so I hid myself among people but then later I again followed them but then when I reached their I saw there were 3 people in the garden one was Anika, other one was Daksh and then there was another girl whom I didn't know I saw them talking since I was far so I couldn't hear them I saw Anika hugging the girl then I saw she went and hugged Daksh I think she said something and Daksh laughed and then they left after after a few mins I hid myself behind a pillar so that they couldn't see me but there was just question in my mind

DOES ANIKA NOT REMEMBER WHAT DAKSH DID WITH HER IN THE PAST WHEN WE TOGETHER?
