NARRATOR'S P.O.V

Anika was still sleeping in Shivaay's bedroom

Everyone was sitting and waiting for the breakfast

When Shivaay came and he was about to sit on the chair

Pinky called "Shivaay"

As he heard his mother's voice he turned to face his mother and then his face received a tight slap from his mother

It's was so sudden that Shivaay and rest of the Oberoi members went to shock

Everyone was in a trance

Everyone's trance was broken when Pinky literally shouted making sure her voice does not reach upstairs and wake Anika "Shivaay did you know that Anika gets nightmares?"

Shivaay replied "yes"

Pinky "then why didn't you tell me"

"Mom sorry I was extremely busy yesterday, I had back to back meetings but how do you know and why are you asking did something happen to Anika last night?" Asked Shivaay worriedly

Pinky "Shivaay did you even bother to look at your phone yesterday?"

Just then Shivaay took out the phone from his pocket which was on silent mode and checked that his phone had aroung 75 missed calls 200 messages and lots and lots of mails and out of which 30 missed calls and 50 messages were from Pinky

Shivaay literally freaked out and said "mom what happened to Anika?"

Pinky "I woke up around 2:00A.M. and I was really thirsty, there was no water in the jug so I left my room to bring water from the kitchen, but while I was going to the kitchen I heard Anika crying and shouting in her sleep so I just rushed to her and Shivaay I couldn't bare to look at her she had her eyes shut she clutched the bed sheets and she was shouting something like please no ..Shivaay , it was really hard to calm her so I splashed the glass of water kept on the side table on her face and she just jerked and woke up and she was asking for you but then I calmed her saying that you are in the office she wanted to talk to you to be sure that you are safe so I dailed and texted you continuously but you didn't reply so she freaked out but then I dialled Khanna and when he said that you are in the office and checking some files for today's meeting then Anika relaxed a bit and I gave her sleeping pills so that she could sleep peacefull"

The only emotion that was seen on Shivaay's face was guilt, he felt so bad but all he could manage to say was "I am sorry mom, I will be extremely careful from now on, I am sorry mom even you got disturbed cause I wasn't there. I promise this won't ever happen again"

With that he rushed to his room where Anika was sleeping he sat beside her kissed on her forehead and whispered in her ear "I love you, Anika!! I will always be there with you and for you."

Then he called his assistant asking him to cancel all his meetings for the day

But then Rudra and Omkara came and told him not to do so because if Anika sees him after waking up she won't be comfortable

So shivaay decided to go office instead of staying at home

Therefore he went to have the breakfast so he could leave for office and before leaving he asked his brothers to update him on Anika as soon as she wakes up

***TIME SKIP***

It was 7:00 in the evening Shivaay came early because the whole day he was busy in his mind thinking about Anika

So as soon as he came went directly to his room, he was about to enter his room but he stopped

SHIVAAY'S P.O.V

The whole day I kept on thinking about Anika and how she might be although Om and Rudra kept me updated but still I physically wanted to see her so I left my office early

As I reached Oberoi Mansion, I greeted Dadi, badi ma, mom and dad then I saw Om and Rudra making something for Anika but without paying much heed to them I straightaway went to my rather our room to check on Anika, I was about enter my room but then what I saw made me stop and stand still like a statue and the view infront of me just boiled my blood.

WHAT DID SHIVAAY SEE THAT MADE HIM SO ANGRY THAT HE DIDN'T EVEN ENTER HIS ROOM???
