Rachel's pov :
I finally arrived to the hospital after traveling and settling into the hotel . I came into the hospital and said ,
"Hi I'm looking for Finn Hudson ." I said
"Rachel?" A voice said .
I turned around and saw Kurt . I smiled and ran into his arms giving him a big hug .
"I couldn't stay away , I need to see him." I said
"I don't know Rachel , he's in pretty bad shape . He's not the Finn you knew ." He told me .
"I need to try ." I said
He nodded and we walked to the room and he left me . I took a deep breath , preparing myself for the worst and I knocked . No answer . I opened the door and I looked at Finn and said ,
"I'm home."
