April POV

Mae was always excited for Art. Luckily, only one of Savannah's minions, Paige, was in the class.

We sat at our normal table, a three-person table. Mr. Dominion, probably the most boring teacher on the face of the earth, walked in late, as usual.

"Hello class," his boring monotone boomed, "Today we will be learning perspective."

"Lame," Mae whispered to me. She sat on the left of me and Noah sat across from her.

Noah nodded in agreement. I made sure the teacher wasn't watching and pulled out our papers of custom Town of Salem characters for our own game mode, like the coven but we are calling it Covens of Salem.

We are planning for it to not be an add-on, but its own separate game.

We have only three roles on the 'Salem' side. They are the town equivalent.

We have the First Aid, which acts as a doctor, a Reviver, which brings people back from the dead, and a Private Eye, which is like an investigator.

"I think we should make a person like the Medium," Noah suggested.

A Medium can talk to the dead.

"Yes! And we can call it a Priest!" Mae added.

"I like it. Write it down Noah," I said. Noah had the best handwriting out of the three of us.

"What did I just say, Mae?" Mr. Dominion asked.

"You said what did I just say, Mae?" Mae answered.

"She's not wrong," Noah added. I nodded.

"Whatever. My point is you weren't paying attention," he boomed in a monotone.

"I was. I always get a 100%, so I don't have to worry," Mae replied, smiling.

She was the bravest and the rebel in our little group.

  Surprisingly.

"Pay attention from now on Ms. Mae," Mr. Dominion boomed.

The bad thing about being an orphan; you don't have a last name so teachers call you by your first name.

Bad thing #2; when you met new teachers they always flip out because you don't have a last name until you explain you are an unadopted orphan and everyone (even them) laughs.

Bad thing #3; you're an orphan.

  "K," Mae smiled, giving him a thumbs-up.

How Mae isn't adopted yet, I don't even know.

Noah is good looking, but don't tell him but he has a horrible temper.

I am not adopted because the witch hates me.

Let's say the adopting people want a 13-year-old girl.

She will call everyone but me.

But she has to act nice on the intercom.

  So she says:

"All thirteen-year-old girls. Except for you April. You just turned fourteen an hour ago."

  Why though.

  WHY?!

"April what did I just say?" Mr. Dominion asked me.

  "I don't care," I replied honestly.

"Do not give me that attitude Ms. April," he replied.

"Or you'll do what? Take me to the principals?" I replied.

Mae was giving me her rebelism.

  I think that's good.

"Yes. Ms. April come with me," he said.

"I don't want to. My legs hurt," I complained. They did, from all the whippings from The Witch.

  Then something unexpected happened.

He punched me in the gut.

  What.

  What.

  W. H. A. T.

I flopped onto the ground, groaning in pain.

  Then a gunshot.

And Mr. Dominion flipped on the ground beside me.

I stood up, holding my bleeding chest, and kicked his private area.

I calmly then walked out to the nurse.

Mae POV

  Thank you murder.

They thought that would be a tragedy.

  I'm happy as can be.

Paige, one of Savannah's minions, walked up to him.

  "He's definitely dead," she said.

  We all started cheering.

"No more Mr. Dominion. Thank you murder!" The Class cheered.

Noah POV

It wasn't a murder. It was me.

  I killed him.
