"Where are we headed?" I asked after getting outside the room. After we helped at the faculty we immediately left for our classes. Now classes has ended and it's finally my turn to treat Jihoon something. I looked at him and he seemed deep in thought. His face lit up after a moment. "How about we go to the mall for today?" He suggested.

I nodded a few times. "Sure, that's a good idea." We went to the parking lot and slid inside his car. "Where's your friends, by the way?" He asked before starting the engine. "They both have plans for today so I'm left alone again." I answered before playfully pouting. "You're not alone, I'm here." He said and I thought he was joking but he looked serious.

"I was joking!" I told him because he really seemed serious about what he said. "But I wasn't." He said before turning to look at the way and driving off. I didn't know what to respond so I just cleared my throat and shifted on my seat. "My friends want to meet you, are you fine with seeing them?" He suddenly asked, breaking the silence.

"Yeah, sure. Who are they?" I curiously asked thinking that I might be familiar with them. "The ones I'm usually with, Hyungseob, Woojin and Jinyoung." He answered with a slight smile. I really am familiar with them. I see them a lot in school with Jihoon. But I never had the chance to speak with them properly. They're always not around when I meet Jihoon.

"That's good then, I always wanted to speak with them. They all seem nice!" I said enthusiastically. He nodded, "They are nice, just sometimes a bunch of dorks." I smiled at his words. Aren't dorks the attractive ones? I mean I really like it when I see people just being carefree and extra. And I've seen those guys, they're all cute and they seem fun to be with.

We then headed to the nearby mall. While strolling around, looking for some place to stay at, Jihoon kept glancing on his phone. He was talking to his friends. "Are they here already?" I asked him with anticipation.

"No, they'll be late. We should eat first, where do you want to go?" He asked back but I have no specific place in mind. I shrugged, "Your choice." I simply said.

We ended up just waiting for those three since we can't make up our minds. We're not yet hungry so we just decided to stroll around a bit more. Jihoon left me at a shop for a while. He said he'll just look for something at the other shop.

I let him do what he wants while I look for things that might get my attention. I was looking through the clothes when my eyes suddenly met familiar gaze.

Minji's lips curved up in a smirk, her brow raising up a bit. She then walked towards me with a smile on her face. She looked so intimidating with her elegant look but I was more confused why she approached me.

"Hi, Saeron! I didn't expect to see you here!" My brows shot up at my name. How did she know me? We have never even introduced each other properly in the past.

"How did you-" I was about to ask how she knew my name but she cut me off. "Well, you're quite famous to Daniel's friends, aren't you?" She threw me an icy glare with a brow raised.

She was smirking but it's clear that she's not happy about it. "They keep talking about you even though I'm back. It's kind of annoying actually." She continued, making my brows furrow. I opened my mouth to say something but she kept talking.

"Tell me, what's with you and Daniel?" Her icy looks were intimidating for me. She was a bit taller so I hated the way she towering over me. The way she looked at me is scary but it made me irritated. She's sending accusing stares as if she has other things on her mind. "We're friends." I simply answered so she'll leave me alone but she didn't. She laughed mockingly then stared at me.

"Come on, don't even try that one. I know you're interested in him. We all know you are." I was holding back to rolling my eyes. This girl doesn't know anything but she kept blabbing. She really changed, huh?

Yes, I am interested in Daniel but the way she say it doesn't seem good though. It's as if she's referring to something else. I don't like the tone of her voice.

"You don't know what you're saying." I told her and took a step to leave but she stopped me. "You don't have a chance with him, Saeron. I'm here, and as far as I know you two doesn't have something. It's a relationship with nothing, isn't it?" She raised her brows, mockingly.

"And do you both have a relationship?" I mocked back. Her jaw clenched at my words. She glared at me but I continued, "As far as I know you two doesn't have something anymore." I raised a brow at her.

She was mad and I only tried to suppress my laugh. Her face is turning red and her expression is a lot scarier. I speak too, you know. At this point, it's not the best I can give but I'm still trying to stop myself from saying more. It's not like she said something offensive yet, but it's not bad to tell her something just like how she said those stuffs she know. She was about to speak but Jihoon came.

Her face then calmed and her smirk was back. "Oh, so you're with someone. Fair enough, I'm actually with Daniel too. Well then, bye. I'll see you soon, Saeron." She said before walking away. I watch her leave. Is she really with Daniel or she just said that to piss me off?

"What was that?" Jihoon was the one who spoke. I turned to look at him and he was confused. "Why were you talking to Minji?" He added.

"You know her?" I asked, without answering his question. "Yeah, who doesn't know Kim Minji?" He laughed a bit but then turned serious again.

"But why is she acting like that to you?" He asked again. I didn't know what to say so I just looked away. He then sighed after a moment. "It's because of Daniel, isn't it?" He said, making me look at him.

I didn't say a thing so he looked at me with disappointed eyes. I don't know if that was for me or for Daniel. He shook his head as if shrugging his thoughts away. "Anyway, let's go. I found those idiots, they're just circling around the mall." He clicked his tongue before dragging me out of the shop.

I suddenly feel uneasy after running into Minji. I don't know whether I should believe what she said or not. She's clearly pissed off by me and that's what she want me to feel to. Be annoyed and pissed off. Her words doesn't really affect me. But involving Daniel is something different. Anything with Daniel or about him affects me.
