"I'll just go to the washroom." I said before wiping my lips with a napkin. Jihoon looked at me then nodded before continuing to eat his food. I went straight to the comfort room. I washed my face and hands then dried it with tissue papers. I fixed my face for a moment before getting out.

I was frozen in my spot when I saw Daniel went inside the café. He was looking around the place. I saw Mr. Min looking at Daniel with brows knitted as if confused. My heart thumped. What's he doing here? I immediately went back to the washroom and quickly typed a text for him. I waited for his response inside.

Daniel: I just want to see you.

Me: We can't talk here, we'll be seen.

Daniel: Let me just see you, then. I won't take long.

I sighed then told him to go outside the comfort room. After sending the text I went outside to see him waiting already. That was quick. He stood up straight when he saw me. I took a quick glance behind him to see if there's anyone who can see us. It seemed safe so I let him come to me.

"Saeron," Daniel cleared his throat, his ears turning red. What's his problem? "Are you alone?" He asked. I bit my lip at his question. "I'm with Jihoon." I answered before averting my gaze. "Oh.." His face suddenly fell, I could see some annoyance but it was brushed away quickly.

He nodded his head slowly while looking down. "I'll just.. stay here for a bit longer then." My brows raised at his words. "I thought you won't take too long?" I asked. "I changed my mind." He said before sighing heavily.

"Don't worry, I won't bother the two of you." He added, a hint of bitterness and pain in his voice. I feel bad because I know he doesn't like it, he hates this situation but Jihoon is my friend, also Daniel and I can't be seen.

We have no choice.

"I'll go now." I said and I watched as he gave me a nod. I left first and went straight back to our table. Jihoon was finished eating as I got back. He must've seen Daniel since his expression changed. "What's he doing here?" He asked as soon as I sat down. "He said he wanted to see me." I drank on my glass and glanced at Daniel who sat on the table near us.

"Then why don't you two talk?" He asked, brows furrowed in confusion. "We can't be seen together, remember?" I said and he seemed to realise that too. "Finish your food." Jihoon said looking at my plate. I nodded before eating again. He was watching me and it was more awkward knowing that he isn't the only one doing that.

I can sense Daniel's stares piercing through me even though I'm not looking at him. I finished early because of the uneasiness. How can I eat properly when there's pairs of eyes gazing at you. "Do you guys want to talk outside? It's still early." Jihoon broke the silence.

"I don't know.." I said, still unsure about what I have to do. "Let's go, just meet him outside." He stood up after leaving the bill on the table. I looked at him then stood up before following him. I glanced at Daniel who was still looking at us. He got the message and followed afterwards.

We went to Jihoon's car and waited for Daniel. He walked outside the place and went toward us. I could already feel the tension as the two of them stare at each other. "I'll drive you home." Daniel was the one who spoke, staring at me.

"I have to call a driver to pick me up." I said as I remembered the driver earlier. "Do you still have time? I want to talk to you." I glanced over Jihoon, he gave me a small nod. "I do, but I can't stay long." Daniel smiled.
