The next day, Callie and Marie were sitting in their home, talking like they always do.
"Are you okay?" asked Marie.
"Yeah, I'm fine," Callie replied. "Did I hurt anyone?"
"Well, you tied Jay to a chair," said Marie.
"I tied him to a chair?" Callie said. "Why in the world would they want him tied to a chair?"
"I have no idea," Marie replied. "But he's fine."
"So, what now?" asked Callie.
"I guess we keep going with our musical career," replied Marie.
"That makes sense," said Callie.
Then she got up and left.
"I'm going to head over to Crusty Sean's food truck," she said.
"Okay," replied Marie.
Marie sat there, thinking about the Octarians. She didn't know when they would strike next. But for now, she could relax.
