"Fuck Kotaro. Are you that desperate to have me kill you." Saizo's deep voice broke the climax just after his sword slashed the oncoming sickle away.
"Ahhh! You showed up! Lord Saizo showed up!!" Kotaro laughed in happiness as a look of insanity entered his eyes..
Yukimura's eyes widened as he quickly snapped his head to see his friend... Meanwhile, Lina's mouth hung open as she was shocked but at the same time relief at Saizo's sudden appearance...
"The fuck are you doing here Saizo?!? Aren't you supposed to back Hotaru and Kansuke up with Yuki?!? Stick to Lord Shingen's orders god damn it!!!" Yukimura cursed the silver haired ninja but he answered back anyway, never once taking his eyes off Kotaro.
"I had a bad feeling that you wouldn't be able to protect Lina. Lord Shingen gave me permission to go after you."
"A bad feeling?!? You think I can't protect my own wife?!?"
"Well looking at the condition you're in little lord, I don't think you're in a position to argue."
Yukimura tsked in frustration and Kotaro interrupted their conversation.
"Hey I learn a new jutsu Lord Saizo! Wanna see? It sure as hell will surprise you that's for sure!"
"Why is he so obsessed with you? Do you know him?" Yukimura blurted out as Saizo answered in a nonchalant voice.
"Fuma Kotaro was in my cohort for my ninja college before his parents move away to another hidden village just before Kirigakure's final exam."
Saizo stared at the brown haired ninja with bored eyes.
"Is it now? Alright, let's see what we've got here shall we?"
Kotaro grinned as he made hand seals and two puffs of smoke appeared on each side of him and when they disappeared, two more Kotaro were present...
Everyone's eyes widened, including Saizo, and he narrowed his eyes dangerously at the brown haired shinobi...
"The... shadow clone technique... It is a forbidden jutsu... How the hell did you get your hands on it?!?"
"Hmm..." the original Kotaro hummed as he stroked his chin thoughtfully. "We have to back track a bit for this... Remember your best friend?"
Lina gave a gasp and even Yukimura's face was shocked...
"I told your best friend that if he were to get a hold on the forbidden scroll, he can pass his final exam with flying colours! Back then your best friend and I were in the same class before he met you! So we did get our hands on it! However he managed to do the hand seals and chakra control better than me and produce one shadow clone! I can't even do one till only few years back mind you!"
"Wait... What does this shadow clone jutsu do?" Lina asked Yukimura but Saizo answered for her.
"You make clones of yourself that can inflict harm on your enemies for real. It's not illusions or mirror images..."
"Hold on... If this shadow clone jutsu is so powerful and your best friend was able to use it... Why didn't he... you know..." Yukimura couldn't finish his sentence but Saizo's eyes never wavered as he stared Kotaro down.
"Aww man Lord Yukimura! You're really dense aren't you! Lord Saizo's best friend could have easily killed Lord Saizo if only he used the shadow clone jutsu to help him out! But he just couldn't do that because he couldn't bear the thought to kill Lord Saizo who is like his blood brother to him!" Kotaro laughed with a sinister smile directed at Saizo. "Or should I say... WAS like his blood brother!!!"
Saizo disappeared in a silver and black blur and kicked away the shadow clone on Kotaro's right as the shadow clone on Kotaro's left quickly lassoed the sickle at him...
The weapon managed to graze Saizo's arm, causing it to bleed a bit...
"You see Lord Saizo, on top of summoning the clone, I can also copy the weapon as well!" Kotaro announced triumphantly.
"Is it now? Well dear I am certainly not impressed."
Something about Saizo not acknowledging him made him tremble in fury.
"Well... let's get the show started shall we?" Kotaro gave a Cheshire grin as his two clones and him used taijutsu against Saizo.
"This is bad! Saizo is seriously outnumbered!" Yukimura gritted out as he gripped his spear and pushed himself to stand up, but the flesh in his right ankle stretched even further, the strain pulling at the torn muscles..
"Ow! Fuck!! Gah! God damn it!!!" Yukimura yelled out in pain as he dropped back onto his knees, panting in pain.
"Yukimura kun! Don't push yourself! Besides Saizo is a talented ninja right? He has taken on countless enemies at the same time right?! So surely he can take on just Kotaro!" Lina tried to reason but Yukimura bit his lower lip as he helpelessly looked on at his friend fighting...
"He's fighting three talented ninjas Lina chan... That is the specialty of the shadow clone technique... Saizo can't slip up... One wrong move and he's a goner..."
