  Felicity's POV

"Felicity?" "Felicity?!" "Felicity?!!" Carlisle called. I was shocked. I hadn't seen a vampire, in action, for a long time, but this meant that Carlisle would have to tell me the truth. Not that I didn't mind the company of a human, or a vampire, but you know what I mean. I was stood still, and didn't move. As Carlisle moved closer to me, and touched my arm, sparks flew up it. I wasnt sure how I should have reacted, but I guess staying still for this long would be enough. I swear it was quite intense. I mean, in the next few minutes no-one seemed to take a breath, or make a sound, not that they needed to, they were vampires, after all, and as soon as I let out a breath, I bursted out into laughter. This cut the tension, in half, kinda like a knife through butter. And soon, Carlisle was laughing with me, though Emmett was just stood there, with a smirk on his face, and a knowing look in his eyes. I wasn't even sure what we were laughing about anymore, and so I calmed myself down, and regained myself. Anyway, as Emmett stood there, I saw his attention go from me and Carlisle to just me, and I asked him, "So you're a vampire, eh?" To which he answered, "Yes, Mam." I mean I always had a interest for supernatural stuff, so vampires? "That's so cool!" Emmett's smirk grew, clearly, he wasn't expecting that. I gave him a hug, forgetting completely that he was a vampire, and that being close to him, meant that he could smell my blood.  A growl came from behind. We both looked back at Carlisle, who had a jealous look on his face, as if he was a puppy missing out on the chance to have a bond. He pouted, and in reaction, I smiled. He was adorable. Emmett coughed to get my attention, and I let go. "Sorry," I blushed, as I stepped away. "It's okay." "I'll just leave you two for a discussion, or something else, if you know what I mean." He winked, and I blushed red, and my face grew hot, as I looked at the ground, before glancing up at Carlisle, who was still pouting. "Come on."

Third Person POV

Emmett raced to grab Rosaline's hand, who were just up the road, from where Carlisle and Felicity were, watching the whole thing play out. Rosaline was happy, that Felicity had accepted them as vampires, she had never seen her father so happy, as when Felicity was around him. There was a reason Rosaline liked Felicity but not Bella, though. You see, unlike Bella, Felicity didn't wish to become a vampire, to live with him forever, she just wanted to be happy with Carlisle for as long as they had together, and if they meant getting old, then so be it. Rosaline looked back, as they walked up, proud of her future mother figure.
