Happy Hump day. Just kidding. Today sucked. My boss is a HUGEFUCKINGBITCH, and enjoys making my life hell. Let me tell you, she does a FANTASTIC job at it! Anyways, I'm attempting to mentally prepare myself for tonights game. Also, I have posted a new story. It's called Change My World, and it is about Brandon Bollig. It intertwine with this story, so yeah! I think Bollig is super fucking hot. Like have you seen that man without a shirt? AND he has tattoos? I put a picture off to the side for your viewing pleasure. It would mean a lot if you checked it out! (The story)

As always thank you for being so fantastic. You make my days better.

Things were getting a lot better. The media storm finally died down, and people stopped listening to Sara. We were finally able to enjoy our engagement, and playoffs were quickly approaching.

I was outside of the locker room after the game, when my phone rang.

I answered the phone without looking at the name.

"Hello?" I said with a laugh. Shaw was throwing tape balls at my head, and one had stuck.

"Charlie?" Liam said, in tears "it's dad."

My face immediately fell, and I started to panic.

"What? Liam, is he okay? Please tell me he's okay." I said seriously.

"No. This is it. He has cancer. They aren't giving him long. Charlie I need you. You need to come home." Liam said, frantic.

"Okay. I'll get a flight tonight or tomorrow. I will be there as soon as I can Li." I said, going into panic mode.

I got off the phone, and stood there for a second to take everything in.

"Charlie. Is everything okay?" Shaw said, coming up to me.

"I have to go." I said, realizing I needed to make it home immediately.

"Charlie stop. What's wrong?" Shaw said, making me look at him.

"My dad is dying." I said, suddenly breaking.

"Charlie. I'm so sorry." Shaw said taking me into his arm.

I sobbed into his shoulder, that sentence running through my mind repeatedly.

My dad is dying.

My dad is dying.

My dad is dying.

"Let me go get Jon, Charlie. Just stay here, okay?" Shaw said sitting me down in a chair.
