"Alright basic bitches," Kitty began. "I honestly have no clue whether any of you will be able to keep up, but seeing as you all knew a much less popular song, I'm hoping you can do this one. Hit it."

And then "Buttons" began, featuring Artie as Snoop Dogg for the intro. The girls, again, took over the song. Except this time, Santana did not join in. I guess she still didn't like Kitty very much.

Kitty, Marley and Unique: I'm telling you loosen up my buttons baby
Julie and Tina: (Uh huh)
Kitty, Marley and Unique: But you keep fronting (Uh)
Julie and Tina: (Uh)
Kitty, Marley and Unique: Saying what you going do to me
Julie and Tina: (Uh huh)
Kitty, Marley and Unique: But I ain't seen nothing
Julie and Tina: (Uh)

I had initially expected Kitty to go to Artie and dance seductively for him but I was wrong. Girl worked her way around the room. She started with Ryder.

Kitty: Typical, hardly the type I fall for. I like when the physical don't leave me asking for more.

And then to Jake.

Kitty: I'm a sexy mama who knows just how to get what I wanna. What I want to do is spring this on you. Back up all of the things that I told you.

And then to Sam.

Kitty: You've been saying all the right things all night long. But I can't seem to get you over here to help take this off.

And finally... to John.

Kitty: Baby, can't you see? How these clothes are fitting on me? And the heat coming from this beat?

She backed up to the center of the room again but sort of kept her eyes on John.

Kitty: I'm about to blow. I don't think you know.

The rest of us joined her for the chorus again. And then when John rolled his eyes at her and started talking to Blaine, she whispered, "Take over" to me and retreated to the background.

I was confused but the next part was coming up and someone needed to sing. So I playfully went over to Sam and sang.

Julie: You say you're a big boy, but I can't agree. Cause the love you said you had ain't been put on me.

The other girls giggled so I realized it was probably a bad idea to stay with Sam for too long. I did as Kitty had, beginning with Blaine.

Julie: I wonder, if I'm just too much for you wonder. If my kiss don't make you just wonder. What I got next for you, what you want to do?

And just because he was there, I turned from a chuckling Blaine to a grinning John. I was going to sing but he stood and sang instead.

John: Take a chance to recognize that this could be yours

And I guess this struck some sort of nerve in Kitty because she stepped in between us and sang to him.

Kitty: I can see, just like most guys that your game don't please.

Jonh rolled his eyes but as I walked away and joined the others, he started singing to Kitty.

John: Baby, can't you see? How these clothes are fitting on me? And the heat coming from this beat?

They were a little too close to each other. Where was Artie? I turned and found him dancing-- in is chair-- with Tina and Blaine. He wasn't watching them.

John and Kitty: I'm about to blow I don't think you know!

Thankfully things didn't escalate very much and Artie didn't see the obvious sexual tension between Kitty and John. Instead, he kept going with the Snoop Dogg part and replaced "Ashley, Nicole, Carmit, Jessica, Kimberly, Melody you're telling me" with "Tina, Julie, Marley, Kitty, Santana, Unique, you're telling me." And we laughed. Kitty took over as lead for the remaining part and we had fun exploring our seductive dancing abilities. Surprisingly, Jake had remained seated during the entire performance, but I didn't notice until it was over.
