Appearance:
Had black slightly spiky hair reaching his neck if flattened with red streaks. Has a aqua blue right eye with a crimson red left eye. Wears a mask covering his lower face. Slouches a bit and doesn't stand straight if he's in public or with his parents, and straightens up in the headquarters or when on a mission.

Normal clothing includes t-shirt and jeans but always wears a thin full sleeved jacket over his attire.

Combat clothing include light armour vest, with forearm protector with over lapping metal plates, sleeveless t-shirt, elbow guards, tactical pants with knee guards and light combat shoes; along with his pistol holsters on his waist on the back and one on each of his legs and katana on this side.

Is normally seen carrying the katana even when off duty and some or the other weaponry.

Likes: Missions, Smell of blood, His sister, people who don't call him a prodigy every time they see him, his parents, his swords (He practically has kind of a shrine), His title of Kokushibyō. Also likes eating spicy stuff and white chocolates.

Dislikes: Being regarded as a prodigy; traitors, Anyone who hurts his teammates or family especially his sister, Dislikes being called by "Shinigami's heir" or "Experiment 514" as he had no say in both the matters. His enemies that beg for death and don't fight him (resulting him to torture them). Also dislikes who treat him like royalty and not a normal kid.

Hobbies: Taking care of his sister, training, helping people who weren't able to cope with the experiments pressure and were dropped (people like misaka)
