Chapter 11

Link's POV

Tonight could not have went better! Zelda looked so beautiful, even though she always looks beautiful, she just looked so perfect tonight! I can't wait to see her again! It's her turn this week to make lunch, well choose a place since she can't cook! 2 days until I get to see her again! I wonder what it's gonna be like! In amongst all my thoughts about Zelda, Ilia came to mind...

"Fuck. What am I gonna do about her?" I groaned into myself as I got ready for bed. "It's too late to go and talk to her now, I'll go in the morning. Why did she have to try to complicate everything..." I mumbled again, trying to push my thoughts away so I could get to sleep but Zelda was all I could think about...

I yawned loudly as I sat up out my bed. The light was shining through my window and straight into my eyes. I could tell it was around 12 by the amount of light. I got up out my bed after properly waking up and went in for a shower. I could already tell it was roasting today. Summer weather already! Once I was ready I left to go talk to Ilia.

"Oh Link, hiya!" She said sweetly.

"Save it Ilia" I groaned back. "Let's go for a walk, I need to talk to you"

"Oh... Okay?" She looked really confused. I felt bad for being mean to her, she was my best friend after all. She knows all my secrets and has been there for me my full life, she was all I had when I showed up here after my mother died. They gave me a house (which is now the house I own) to stay in and Rusl looked after me. She was there when I first met Epona. She taught me how to take care of her, what good she eats, she taught me how to ride a horse to start with aswell. She was there when I started my adventure, she was there when I finished it to nurse me better. She helped me cope with Midna leaving... The girl has been here through it all... but for some reason she gets so jealous if anyone else apart from her makes me happy... I need to set her straight
