Kakashi POV
It's been a few days since I woke up, Choji was improving and Sakura was still asleep. A nurse checked on her every few hours, she's still pregnant after everything and is with my baby. I stayed by her bed reading and watching TV, Sasuke and Naruto came whenever they could to see how she was.
I've started to read a new book, about a girl lost in her life it's really sad, she lost everyone to the dark side of life while she stayed in the light.
"Kakashi," I was startled, I looked at Sakura who was looking at me with a smile.
"Your finally awake,"
"How long was I out for?" she asked me.
"3 days, they said you almost drained yourself of your chakra," I told her, she sighed and placed her hand on her stomach. She looked both scared and nervous, is she scared to tell me she's pregnant? I already know and I'm not upset and happy about it.
"Kakashi while I was with the Akuma I found out that I was, Umm well pregnant," she looked away from me and looked broken almost.
"I know, the Hokage knew and told me," I tell her,
"So your not upset or mad?"
"Not a bit because I love you and I love that your having my child Sakura," I tell her as I lay in the hospital bed next to her. I wrapped my arm over her shoulder,
"But are you sure I mean we've only been married a few months-" I interrupted her with a kiss. I pull away and she smiled,
"I love you,"
"I love you too,"
