Chapter 31

Colton's POV
It waa a beautiful day, Lisa and I was outside with the kids while Liam and Sophia were playing on the playset and Ariel was messing with her dolls and there was a stray dog that came up and was eyeing Liam and he started walking towards it and it started growing  and Mya head raised up and got up as she saw it and started growing back which she was protecting Liam and Sophia ran to Lisa and Liam just stood there
"Come on Liam!" I said and which if that dog bites my kid, that dog will be gone. Liam started walking towards us and all of the sudden the dog was following him being aggressive which was scaring Liam and all of the sudden Mya started to get more aggressive towards and the dog ran towards Liam and started barking which made Lisa run and grab him and the dog tried bite her and then Mya started running toward the dog and started fighting it
"Mya!" I yelled and Lisa came up to me while she had the kids in her arms and set them down
"Stay behind us" she tells them which I know Lisa was terrified of what's going on so I went to turn on my water holes and started spraying them with it  and all of the sudden Mya yelped really bad  and laid on the ground
"Mya!" I said as I ran to her and yelled at the other dog
"Get out of here!" I said and it ran off  and she was laying there and I took a breath and started petting her
"Come on girl, get up please" I said and after  Lisa came up 
"How is she?" She asked and I spoked up
"That damn dog got her good" I said and Lisa took a breath
"Come on Mya, please" She said as she was petting her as well and Liam came out  and spoked up
"Mya let's play!" He said and Lisa spoked up
"Buddy I don't think she wants to play" She said as she had a tear down her face and Liam got down
"You don't wanna play Mya?" He asked as he got close to her face and she just licked his face which just caused me to smile and I petting her and Lisa spoked up
"She protected us Liam" She said and Liam just went and a laid his head on her stomach and Lisa looked at me with a sad face and I spoked up
"I'll take her to the vet" I said and she started whimpering and Lisa had a tear go down her face and spoked up
"Thank you Mya for protected us, you're the best dog ever" She said and Mya licked her which caused her to smile  and I took a breath and I went to pick her up
"Come on Mya" I said as I got her and went to the vet
