"Luke you better be ready we have to leave in a few minutes." My grandfather yelled up the stair case.

"I've decided I'm not going." I yelled back.

"The hell your not get your ass down here now." He yelled. "If you don't go in telling your mother she can send you to prison." I growled at his words. It was the one thing they could use against me.
I grabbed my leather jacket and began walking down stairs. The second I got down there my grandfather let out a growl.

"We don't have time for you to change but next time you will wear something nicer." He growled out walking to the car.

"Can't get any nicer than a leather jacket." I smirked walking out to the car.

"Lord, help me this is gonna be s long summer" My grandfather said while shaking his head before getting in the car.
The long car ride was mostly my grandmother talking about the gossip of the town. She was also telling me about all the girls my age and where they lived.
I laid my head on the window and considered jumping out of the car several times but even if I did he wasn't going fast enough it would kill me.

Once we arrived at the house I followed my grandparents up to the door of this two story White House with a swing on the front porch and a little mat that said welcome on it. Honestly it all made me sick.
After a few minutes a man in a button up shirt and black dress pants opened the door, along with a woman wearing a green dress. They welcomed us inside and I was introduced to them. Turns out he's a preacher and they have three kids. Great.

"Come on Luke I'll introduce you to my oldest son. My daughter and youngest son are at bible camp. If your still here I'll introduce you when they get back."
Mrs. Irwin said pulling my arm up the stairs.
I was taking everything I had not reply to how dumb all this was, but if I can get upstairs and she go back down I can sneak out the window. So I just went along with it.

"Ashton I want you to meet someone." She said as she opened a door to a bed room.
As we walked in I noticed the room was perfectly organized, clean and boring. I shook my head, whoever lived here was probably some good boy that never gets in trouble, tells his mother everything and is a total nerd. Definitely not someone I want anything to do with.

"Ashton this is Luke. Luke this is Ashton." Mrs. Irwin said.

I turned to look over at the boy she was introducing me too. The second I looked I had to keep my mouth from falling open. He had beautiful curly hair I just wanted to run my hands through, he had big hazel eyes, and his lips looked soft, and his body was slim and small yet was perfect.

"Hi I'm Ashton." He held out his hand for me to shake. Just like I figured his voice was practically angelic. Stop it Luke god damn stop it.

"Sup." I nodded my head and walked over sitting on his desk as his mother left the room.

"So you must be a Hemmings right?" Ashton asked standing a little shyly in his place.

"Yup. Not something I admit to often." I replied continuing to look around his room.

"How come?" Ashton asked confused finally looking up at me.

"Ha. Well let's just say we have different opinions about everything." I replied picking up a pen that was on his desk.

"Could you... not ...touch...that..." Ashton's words faded as I had already picked it up before he could finish.

"Why it's just a pen?" I laughed.

"I want things in a specific order and you probably won't put it back." Ashton said quietly crossing his arms.

"Sorry." I rolled my eyes and put it back. Even if he was being g freakish and annoying he was still cute. I even loved the way he scrunched his nose when he was thinking.

"What are you looking at?" Ashton said pulling me out of my thoughts.

"What do you mean?" I replied trying my best not to blush from realizing I was staring at him.

"You were staring at me." Ashton replied.

"No I wasn't." I laughed and shook my head standing up.

"Where so" he replied following me. "Why where you staring at me?"

"As I said kid I wasn't." I replied beginning to open his window.

"What are you doing?" Ashton asked tilting his head to the side.

"you ask a lot of questions do you know that?" I replied looking over at him.

"that doesn't answer my question." Ashton replied shaking his head.

"I'm leaving." I replied laughing just a little.

"Why not just go through the front door?" Ashton said asking yet another question.

"Because I'm not allowed." I replied shaking my head. If he kept asking questions I wasn't ever going to get out of here.

"Why not?" Ashton asked yet another question.

"How about this. You come with me and I'll answer any questions you have." I replied holding out my hand.

"I can't sneak out the window." Ashton said his eyes going wide.

"Then go out the door."

"I have to have a reason I can't just go out especially not on dinner night." Ashton replied shaking his head.

"Then tell them your going to show me around." I replied stepping a little dither out the window.

"but that would be a lie." Ashton replied his eyes getting even bigger.

"Not if you actually showed me around." I replied standing out on the roof of their porch looking back in at him. "come on Irwin. Come have some fun with me."

"N-No. No way. I could get into trouble." Ashton began to stutter from being a little nervous. God the way his eyes where big and the way he was stuttering was cute but also more than that. I couldn't help but imagine those big eyes staring up at me while. No Luke stop it.

"Ok kid if you don't want to." I shook my head and walked over to the edge of the porch where there was a big tree and climbed down.
Maybe it was a good thing he didn't come. So he didn't get in trouble and I wouldn't end up doing something I shouldn't.
I began to walk down the pathway that led out to their mailbox when I heard something behind me.

"Luke, wait up." Ashton's small innocent, nervous voice called out as he ran over catching up to me.

"What are you doing?" I asked looking over at him as he stood beside me.

"Well. You'll get in trouble if everyone thinks you snuck out and I-I don't know." Ashton looked down and began picking at his shirt.
I couldn't help but smile at how cute he was when he was nervous. Gently I sat my arm on his shoulder.

"Hey it's ok. No need to be nervous."
