Do you get bullied? Remember that it isn't your fault! Many children experience the same thing. You shouldn't have to go through this alone. Try talking to an adult, even if it feels really difficult.
Do you know someone who gets bullied? It can be difficult knowing what to do when you see someone get bullied. That's why it's important to tell a grown-up, at home or at school. Nobody needs to know that you were the one who told. If you're brave enough can you speak to the one that feels bad - it means a lot knowing somebody cares.
