I got my iPad back right now.
I also forgot I had my iPhone in the car, buried under a book and some balloons and had a small panic attack when I couldn't find it in bags. I checked the car, but I was still panicking.
I currently have the password turned off too, so anyone could have easily unlocked my phone. Ah, I was so scared. ;w;
I have my iPad back now though which means updates will be a lot more frequent now than they used to be. ＼(^o^)／
