"Seek the one who makes you feel special, who never stops caring, whose priority is Allah  SWT then you.

Seek the one who tries his best to paint a smile on your face, who wipes away your tears, helps you face your fears, who comforts you and genuinely cares for you.

Seek the one who obeys Allah SWT and His beloved Rasool. If He loves and obeys Allah SWT and His Rasool صلى ألله عليه و سلم , he will definitely love and respect you. If he fulfills his duties towards Allah, he will definitely fulfill his duties as a husband.

Don't go for his looks and for his wealth, go for his piety and Allah conciosness and by Allah you will be happy with your decision."

-Jauhariy

Grey clouds covered the velvet sky, darkening the night and concealing the radiant moon and the twinkling stars. The winds picked up speed, swaying the trees from side to side.

The Ahmed family shared a hearty meal, as they coversed at the supper table.

One year since Suhaib's Nikaah had passed by in a blur and today the couple were here to share the good news with the family.

Allah SWT had blessed them in many ways and even though the heart ache and the pain that his sisters death caused him never faded, he was learning how to cope with it. He was learning how to be stronger and his nightmares were less frequent now, only passing by occasionally.

After the family had eaten, the women cleared up the table, while the men chatted in the living room.

Once the women were done, they all settled with a bowl of ice cream, enjoying the light hearted conversation.

Suhaib held Yusaira's hand, silently seeking her permission, to which she nodded.

He cleared his throat, gaining the attention of his family.

He smiled lovingly at his wife, thanks to Allah she had only brought more happiness into his life.

"We have something to tell you guys."

He squeezed her hand, causing a smile to break out on her face.

"Alhamdulillah Yusaira is expecting!"

Gasps, squeals and a chorus of Alhamdulillah filled the room.

Zainab stood up, embracing her daughter in law, with tears sparkling in her eyes. She kissed her head, congratulating her.

If her Zahra was alive, perhaps she would have also been expecting.

She held Yusaira tightly, as tears escaped her eyes.

Yusaira rubbed her back soothingly, tears filling her own eyes.

She knew what her mother in law must have been thinking.
