Barry looked at the security feed with a confused stare. Caitlin and Cisco were by his side, they were just as shocked and surprised. They were leaning against the cortex desk, staring at the massive screen with surprise. The beast was still unconscious. They had locked it in the time vault, after all, the containment chambers were too small the beast to fit in. Long and powerful chains were connected to the wall and locked around the beasts wrists. It lay on its front, its massive chest heaving, even through the security camera Barry could hear the whoosh of air every time it took in a breath or released one. He scratched the back of his head. It's tail flicked every now and then, but for the most part it was completely still, "okay, I never thought I would see the day we fought a werewolf of all things," Cisco snorted.

"Me too," Barry laughed, "I just wonder who the poor sod is," werewolves were usually depicted as beast by night but men by day, so there was a chance that he was actually a man. Then again, Barry didn't know how werewolves worked in real life.

"I think I know," Caitlin announced to them as she stared at the screen, "and anyway, I think we will find out when the sun rises," Joe had gone home shortly after the creature had arrived. The thing had scared him so much that he refused to be in the same building as it. Barry didn't blame him, the creature was terrifying.

"Who do think he is?" Cisco asked with a raised eyebrow. He wanted to know. She had caught his interest.

"Let me show you something," she cleared her throat as she turned around and switched on her computer. The screen lit up and after a few minutes of searching she found what she was looking for. It was Sebastian, it was the feed from when he had escaped S.T.A.R. Labs. She paused the screen on the very first moment he opened his eyes and they were glowing white. She had been shocked when she was looking through the footage and found the recording earlier on in the day, "do you see that glow on your brother's eyes Barry, human eyes don't do that unless its night vision, it isn't physically possible, but do you know what animals' do?" She asked.

"Canines," Cisco muttered.

Bar couldn't believe his ears, there was no possible way it could have been his brother. That just didn't make sense. Caitlin could see he was in disbelief, "think about it, that would explain the strength, the amazing ability to heal, and most of all, it would explain how he killed those people without meaning to," she was connecting all the dots.

"It makes sense," Cisco chirped as he gazed at his friend.

Barry ran a stressed hand down his face and huffed in annoyance, "your right, it probably is him," he didn't want to think of Sebastian as a hairy beast, but it was necessary. "Do you think he has no control over his actions when he is stuck like that?" Barry asked, unsure he wanted to know the answer.

"Probably," Caitlin sighed, "but he still knows what he has done, that can't be easy," she put herself in the boy's shoes, he must have been riddled with guilt. It was a shame.

"How did he become one though?" Barry avoided thinking about how Sebastian felt, and it didn't go unnoticed. It was clear Barry was confused. He felt something for his estranged brother, but he couldn't decide what.

"There are so many ways it could have happened, we might never know," Cisco replied before a cheeky smile split across his face, "but I can search his medical history and see if that brings anything up,"

Barry thought about it. It could be the solution to their hairy problem, so he supposed that it was alright, "go for it," he nodded in approval. Caitlin had reserves over the idea. It didn't feel right to be invading the boy's privacy like that, but she supposed they had no other option.

Cisco began to type rapidly in his computer and within a few moments he had pulled up the teens medical history, "okay, I got it," he leaned back and let Barry read through the file at super speed. The Flash broke away from the screen with a horrified look in his eyes, "you find something?" Cisco asked with concern. Caitlin recognised that look. She had seen in before so many times. There was something wrong with Sebastian, aside from the obvious.

"H-He, erm, he had a brain tumour," Barry choked out the words, he had no idea. He knew that he would have never forgiven himself if his brother had died without them seeing each other on good terms once, "it was terminal, but a couple of months before his parents untimely death he miraculously got better,"

"Do you think he did something to keep himself alive?" Caitlin asked. She felt her heart twitching for the boy, he had been through so much already, never mind turning into a monster that froths at the mouth.

"No, he was week away from dying," Barry's voice cracked, "it must have been his parents or someone else close to him," he could feel guilt well up inside of him. His brother could have died without him even knowing. It was a terrifying thought that would haunt Barry for a long time.

"Uh, Barry, look," Cisco pointed at the feed of the beast. Barry stared in shock and Caitlin gasped in horror. The creatures massive form began to shrink, its long fur retreated into its skin and Barry could hear the monsters bones cracking and healing constantly. There was no way that was painless. The wolf man's muzzle shrank into a a face and everything became pale. The creature was still asleep throughout all of this. Barry was grateful. Who knows what it would have done if it was conscious.

The creature continued to shift its form until lying in its place was Barry's younger brother. The ripped trousers were still resting securely on his hips, but only traveled down to his knees. Barry felt his gut clench in pity, even in his sleep Sebastian was frowning.

"Magnificent, isn't he?" A familiar voice spoke.
