"So he just agreed to give it back?" Tara asked, confused.

"Yeah, it was kind of...awkward? I mean, I just went in there and started shouting at him! I kind of feel bad, I shouldn't have-

"You were not wrong in shouting at him. Whatever it was, misunderstanding or not, what they did was wrong. So, don't worry about it." Tara said.

"And you know what? He said that as an apology, he will be selling the land only at the market price and will return the additional money which we had paid to get it." Sonia explained.

"Really? That's...surprising? But good, of course they should apologize! And of course they should sell the land at the market price only!" Tara huffed and Sonia chuckled.

"Yeah. So I have talked to the construction manager and he said they will start the construction from tomorrow! I just hope they will complete it on time. This building is going to be B-I-G, I hope it's goes well!" Sonia shared her concerns with her friend.

"It will. And I will be there by tomorrow afternoon so you will have me!" Tara said and Sonia nodded.

"Yeah. Okay, so I will forward you all the documents and you can have a look at them soon?" Sonia asked as she checked her mails.

"Yes. Sure. Do that. Then we will discuss them tonight and I will get them ready by tomorrow." Tara nodded as well.

"Yes. Okay. Talk to you tonight?"

"Yes. Bye!"

Putting the phone back in her pocket, Sonia couldn't help but sigh in relief after a long day. She had imagined that the meeting would be long and stressful but it was way too short and too quick. Although she was concerned about the unusual meeting between her and Mr Barzetti, her heart advised her to ease herself and not ponder about this anymore, but she was part businesswoman too and that title did not let her relax at all.

As she waited for a cab, her phone pinged with a message and she quickly checked to find a notification from her bank's app. Her account was credited with the advanced payment amount and she couldn't help but shake her head.

"It's fine!" She murmured to herself. "Why am I even thinking so much? I wanted the land, I got it. Simple! Why is this bothering me so much?" She bit her lip in confusion and decided to walk to her apartment, which was twenty minutes far from where she stood currently.

She had taken two steps when her phone rang again, vibrating in her palm. Her mother was calling for the third time in the day and she chuckled to herself.

"Hello!" She said in an excited tone, her steps suddenly finding a skip.

"You sound happy?" It was her father who replied and she couldn't help but squeal as a few strangers looked at her and smiled at her grinning face.

"Dad! Oh, I missed you so much!" She pouted to herself.

"Not enough to call me, huh?" He said and she chuckled again.

"Really, you and Mom are too alike!" She grinned as she crossed the street. "And I sound happy because I am happy!"

"And why are you so happy? Did you finally meet a man?" Her father chuckled.

"Yes, as a matter of fact, I did meet a man. Right now, I mean, fifteen minutes ago." She said and could hear her father's laugh vanish.

"What? Who is he? Where did you meet him? I hope you didn't meet him on one of those apps! You know, they can be serial killers-
