Chapter 5: Surpises

Asahi's Pov:
As we told how our mornings went, we finished the meal Sapphire's mom made for us. My friends later talked expect me since socializing isn't really...what I like to do. I kept quiet until I noticed Jeremy staring at me.

"Is something wrong Asahi?" He asked. "Nothing is wrong just thinking about my Mom." I said still looking like I had no emotions. "Alright listen up!" Sapphire said. "What is it?" Lily asked. "I heard from my parents that when we grow up will take there spot on YouTube and become the next generation!" Sapphire squealed once she was done.

"W-what?" I stuttered a bit nervously. "Were going to be next in line to become them! Aren't you happy?" Lily explained. "I'm not! I don't wanna lose my voice or GET TEASED BY ANYONE. MAKE DUMB BETS O-OR BE A BIT RUDE TO MY FRIENDS SOMETIMES!" I yelled out. "Calm down Asahi" Jeremy said as he patted by shoulder.

He was mostly the one who calmed me down. After all he is the second oldest, I'm third oldest while Sapphire is the oldest in the group. Lily is more young. "Well she heard from her parents, it might not be true.." Lily said.

I took deep breaths and finally calm down. "Sorry about that, I just I been through a lot and this doesn't make things get better." I explained. "It's fine Asahi...we should go home, our parents might be worried." Sapphire said. We all agreed since it was already 1 PM.

We said our goodbyes and left. They reached there in houses within minutes, I didn't. I just stood still...thinking about my Mother. I miss her more than anything, I always remember my memories of her. There is one in particular that was always my favorite.

One that always comforted me...
