"i hate you i swear to god i do"

There will always be that one person that makes you feel that way.
That make you hope to never to work with them again;
That make you feel abandoned, lost
Because everyone will take their side,
And nobody will believe you.
That will challenge you and belittle you because they now think that they're always right;
That will take the praise they receive from friends and family and use that to tear you down.

This person
Will act fake;
Changing to please the very best,
To mask that they're really only there for the ride with
Hopefully for them, anything considered as "talent."
They will make you want to quit;
They will make you hate like none other before;
They will make you tear apart your insides because you think you're not good enough.

But hey,
"Don't waste your ATP on hatred,"
"Don't give them the power to control your emotions,"
"Just don't let them get to you."

Try.
Try harder.
Stop hating.
Try to spread the love.
Understand that you're doing your best.
Realize that you're a lot better than them. And that you're capable of more than they ever will be.
Compete with yourself to be a better human and you'll be far better than they ever imagine for themselves.
Know that your work ethic will be more than they can ever try to provide.

I know that you can't cut yourself out of the situation as a whole.
You can't disappoint.
You can't lose everything that you have there.

So,
Take advantage of that pent-up energy,
Make use of your power,
And,
Don't fight,
But make things right.
Be the stronger human
And
Prove that your thoughts,
Your feelings,
Your emotions,
Your competitiveness,
Your talents,
Your strengths,
Your mental stability,
Doesn't rely on them.

Think about the bigger picture.

Don't let them get to you.
Show with your actions that you are better.
Maybe not to them,
But to everyone else.
And that should matter the most.

But if all else fails,
And they refuse to let go of this unknown grudge against you;
Speak.
Tell them:

"I'm valid.
Stop making me feel like I'm not."
