~Nathanael's P.O.V~

"Okay now shade....there and there, not too dark though" I say looking at Elliot's sketch. He wanted to know how to draw so I'm helping him with the basics. "Do you have any song suggestions?"

"Um can you put on 'Lonely World' by The Vaccines?" He asks. He listens to them too?

"Okay" I go on youtube and quickly type it in. I raise the volume a bit and sit down with him again.

"I knew who you were

It was perfectly obvious

I was uncomfortable playing it cool

But I feel like I have always known you."

"So have you talked to parents?" Elliot asks. I shake my head a bit. Only to say goodbye when I'm going to school and to greet them when I'm back.

"I can look close and I thought you would question it

Young in the night when we stared at the rest of the good for nay

"Just keep shading, we'll talk about it afterwards." I say. "Let the music play and enjoy the moment."

I've always seen movies or read books about the kid's point of view when their parents are going through a divorce.

"Well I put it off 'cause I'm painfully diffident

I played it out in my head from afar

But they trust me to convince my mother

You disappeared to my dissatisfaction

I never thought about how I'd take it. How different will it be after?

Will I have to stay with one of them and switch on weekends? Will they start to hate each other?

I don't know what to do with anything. Should I talk this out with them? It's a bit weird for a topic with parents. UGH.
