Total Drama World Tour: Kaylub's End

Day 9: Newfoundland

I was sitting in first class playing Pokemon with Cody as Heather climbs into the vent. I raised a brow as she vanishes. 

"So are you two officially a thing?" Sierra asked as I blushed hiding behind my game. Cody smiles.

"We're something like that." Cody said wrapping an arm around me as Sierra squeals promptly passing out. I blink at her as Cody chuckles.

"You like messing with her don't you?" I ask him as he smiles down at me making me blush deeper.

"As long as it keeps her from crying. Yes," he said before looking down at my screen drawing my attention back to my game. "Also I wouldn't mind being with you." I blush hearing him whisper that part.

Soon Sierra wakes up and looks out the window as we bounce on the water. 

"FYI I get sick on logfloon rides, so if you don't want me barfing, break!" Courtney shouted as we land in the water.

"Attention, all Total Drama passengers, in accordance with emergency landing procedures. You will now be shown the nearest exit." We all get shoved out of the plane as I start to panic a bit. DJ helps me stay afloat.

"Thanks DJ," I say smiling at him.

"No problem," DJ said as he coughs a bit.

"Got a cold?" I ask as he nods. Then Chris shows up on a boat wearing a fisherman's coat.

"Hey there ye goin de shore. Ever been to sea?" I couldn't quite understand what he said as I tilted my head. Sierra gasps.

"It must be Newfoundland, Chris is originally from Glory Down Highlands!" Sierra said purely in excitement..

"Aye, it's a barney homecoming for buddy McLean. Canada's beautiful east coast."

"Birthplace of Canada's beautifulest host." She said before starting to sink. She pops back up.

"Aww, thanks, it's just a hop and a skip that way." He points in the direction of more water. "First part of the challenge, swim over to your team's boat and start paddling. To keep this interesting, Team Victory, since you're a team of one your boat has been set up with an outboard motor."

"Why, come on!" DJ complained as I remained with him.

"Come on DJ you don't have to use your boat, but we should at least get out of the water." I say as he nods.

"Yeah, you're right." He then paddles to his boat and climbs in it aiding me up as well. "But shouldn't you be with your team?" He asked me.

"It's okay, plus getting you to stay in the game would be great." I say with a smile. He shook his head.

"I wanna go home," He said. I look at him confused.

"I'm going to miss you if you leave, plus who am I going to talk to then?" I ask as Chris came around.

"Hi, contestants, ready to row, row, row, your boats? The first two teams to get their joys to the shore will take part in the final challenge. Oh, and if you land some seafood along the way, you'll get a special reward. On your mark, get set," he blows his ships horn. "Now go!" My team and Team Chris row ahead as I remain with DJ. He waves to the other teams as we both just relax and go with the flow.

/"I understand DJ's want to go home, so I'm not going to try to keep him in the game. If his wish is to go home, I won't stop him." I smile at the camera. "Though it would have been nice to have him stay on as someone I can talk to about all this crazy stuff with me and Cody." I blush a bit.\

Heather then appeared and climbed onto the boat. "Heather, what do you want?" DJ asked as she moves him the the front of the boat as I blink at her strength. She starts to turn on the motor.
