Evelyn's POV

A year later

I look at the pregnancy test and see that it's positive. I sit in the bathroom floor before I hear the door open downstairs. I set the test on the counter to go downstairs.

"Honey I'm home from the meeting" I hear Xander shout.

"I'm coming" I say running down the stairs.

"There's my gorgeous baby" he kisses me.

I pull back looking into his eyes.

"Xander I have something to tell you" I say playing with my thumbs.

"What's wrong" he asks worried.

I drag him to the bedroom and show him the test. He reads it and see it's positive. His eyes light up and he hugs me tightly.

"Baby I'm so excited" he jumps up and down with me.

He kneels down to my stomach and lifts my shirt. He kisses my stomach as a laugh escapes my mouth.

"I can't wait for little us is going arrive" he rubs my stomach kissing it some more.

Eveyln's POV

I walk downstairs to start another load of laundry. I huff as I reach halfway down the stairs. I start heavily breathing and I reach the bottom placing the laundry down.

"Xander" I scream.

I hear loud stomping coming towards me from the office.

"Yes Baby what's wrong is it the baby" he asks looking me up and down.

"Yes" I groan.

"Come on we got to get you to the clinic" he carries me to the clinic.

He rushes me into their setting me on a bed. I clench onto his hand as I cry out in pain.

"It's going to be okay darling" he says rubbing my arm.

"Do I look like I believe you" I scream as I huff and puff some more.

"Baby you've got to breath okay" he says looking at me.

He demonstrates and I do exactly what he does.

After 12 hours of breathing and hurting I feel more pain rush in me.

"The baby's coming" I say with sweat all over my face from the pain.

"Everybody out" the nurse yells at morgan and my friends.

"I can't do this" I cry as more pain comes in.

"It's almost done darling I promise just keep breathing okay" Xander soothes me.

"Okay Luna I need you to give a good push okay" the doctor and nurses say.

"Okay" I say starting to cry as I push.

"I see the head" the nurse says smiling.

"Come on baby push some more we're almost done" Xander says as I grip tighter to him.

I push some more and the nurse smiles holding the baby.

"It's a boy" the doctor says as the start to clean him.

My breaths start to become more even.

"You did it Baby" Xander smiles kissing my head.

The nurse comes towards me with the baby.

"Can I hold him now" I ask smiling.

"Yes Luna" she hands over the baby smiling at us.

I hold him and I see the babies eyes open slowly. He has green eyes like Xander. I smile at Xander as he watches me.

"What are you going to name him" the doctor asks smiling.

"Liam Charles Reynolds" I say smiling at Xander.

Xander starts letting tears fall as he kisses my head.

"Do you want to hold him Xander" I ask.

He nods and I hand Liam over. He starts laughing with he baby making Liam smile. I slowly close my eyes as I fall asleep.

Xander's POV

"Yes mom you can hold him" I hand Liam to her.

Everyone in the room laughs at her response.

"Carrie honey don't wake up Eveyln" Charles says laughing.

"I'll try not to" she says holding Liam some more.

"That's the new alpha your looking at mom" I say smiling.

"Son you make me so proud" my dad says smiling.

"I try" I rub the back of my neck.

I hear Eveyln snoring and Carrie chuckles.

"Poor thing must have stayed in labor for a while" my mom says "I mean she was carrying an alphas baby"

"Sorry were Late I had a hard time getting flowers" Morgan says.
