When I read the letter, my whole body started to tremble. The letter that I was holding unconsciously fell from my hand as my tears started to form at the corner of my eyes.

Why?

I started to ask myself why it happens to me. It was not supposed to happen since according to game, Celine will only be engage to the prince because she begs her father and I obviously did not do it, I will never do it.

But why?

How did it happen?

My feet started to move on its own and I run towards father's office. I did not even knock as I entered inside.

I saw him reading piles of piles of papers and when he saw me, he removes his reading glass and puts the document on the table as he asked me, "is there anything you need to me, princess?"

"Why?" I did not notice that my voice was actually shaking, my whole body was shaking.

Father took a deep breath and seriously looks at me. I can see in his eyes the guilt that he felt at this moment. "I'm sorry, my princess. I tried to change Louise idea but he's stubborn. He believes that you'll be a good Queen"

I paled when I heard his explanation. "But... but didn't he was disappointed on me...? He said it himself and I clearly remembered everything... why?"

"Do you really think letting a royal tutor here to personally train you was a simple punishment?" I nodded, "that was where your mistake is. Everything was planned, Celine. He did not let a royal tutor to just teach you etiquette; it's not as simple as you think it is"

"When?" I started to understand now. Everything was not as simple as I think it is but when it actually started? When does the king started to observe me?

He stood up and approaches me. He crouch in front of me and started to rub my head, and sadly smiled at me. "Since you started showing off your talent when it comes to medicine. Since you meet the fairies. Since he found out that I have a daughter" he cups my face by his hands, "Celine, listen to me. I, Louise and Robert promised each other that when we got a kids of our own, will let them marry each other. When.... when Robert met you the first time since it was you who saved his wife and son from death's door, he started asking me to let his son marry you"

"Is that why... Henry always stays here? For us to be close and to like each other?"

He nodded. "But I didn't agree since I wanted you to marry someone you love... but I am still hoping that maybe you'll eventually like Henry. Louise found out about this and he always reminds me to let you meet him, due to busy schedule, meeting you with Louise always postponed until he learned from his son, William that you meet each other. It was not a good first meeting but he still got excited since... since he found out that William was spying you from the very young age. Do you understand me?"

I nodded. My tears fell from my eyes and father wipes it by his thumb. "Hush princess. I know that you don't want to be forced like this but... but try to know him. Maybe you'll like each other and if not, you can just dissolve the engagement"

"But it will ruin my name. Dissolving an engagement with a prince will ruin my name! No one will wants someone a prince threw away" I sobbed.

When he heard me, he started to panic. "Yes, you're right. I forgot about this... but I can't stop Louise. He's already decided to let his son marry you"
