Oh, that's what she was laughing at. I pouted and took the strawberries she was handing me, stuffing them in my mouth.
Now...

Kotono POV:

After that quick breakfast, I was hesitating to ask about Hiroe's... Power?

I didn't hallucinate, at least not this time. I saw the eyes as red as the ripe strawberries Hiroe just devoured. I saw her kill the man. Well, I didn't actually see it because it was too fast, but I saw her behind him when the arrow was planted in his back. I was sure of it now. It had happened, it was Hiroe.

But looking at my sister gulping down those strawberries like nothing had happened made me think. What if... she couldn't control it?

N. E. N. POV:

This girl is so silly.

I looked down at Kotono, which was deep in thoughts. I would've thought they would've understood sooner their powers, but there Kotono was, still pondering about her sister.

You knucklehead! Can't you even think of yourself and the 'see-in-the-future' power I gave you and think for an instant? Can you even cross the thoughts of you having those powers because you're related?

Can you give up the idea of asking her already? I think it's pretty obvious that Hiroe in question cannot remember anything that happens whiles she is in her 'Evil' state.

I actually dislike quite a lot this word, 'Evil'. She isn't evil. Blood-red eyes mean nothing, and red can be seen as festive or as love, as some would say. Plus, while she is like that, Hiroe will in no given situation attack anyone without a reason. She will even help those on her good side, like would protect anyone in Gon's group or even Baldy.

Hiroe would never hurt Kotono, and will, even when her power is activated, try to prevent deaths. Yesterday was an exception since it was a life or death situation.

Kotono suddenly stood up. 'We've got to go somewhere else,' she thought as she made her way to her sister.

Indeed, if someone had been walking in their direction for a while, and was now about two minutes away from their camp.

Kotono POV:

I just had another of those flash-forward or whatever we call them. I didn't want to encounter anyone, at least not yet, so I walked towards my sister and told her we had to leave this place.

"Already?" She asked, incredulously

I nodded, taking her hand as she stood up. The bag of goodies over my shoulder, we started to walk North-East. The man would come from the West in a minute or so, meaning we had to be quick and quiet.

I put a finger to my lips, silently indicating Hiroe to not talk. She nodded, her fingers zipping her mouth shut.

We started to make our way through the thick forest, escaping from whoever would try to assault us. He wasn't either of our targets.

Speaking of targets, we still didn't have any of our actual targets. we only had two spare targets, so we could either get one of our target and one more of someone random or get four targets from other people. For a team of two, I believe we did good considering we're only on our third day.

Anyway, we arrived at a river after about fifteen minutes of walking. It was a stream full of fish, and some birds happily flew over the water.

"There's someone." My sister pointed at the other side of the river.

Green clothes... I squinted my eyes to see better. Spiky hair!

"It's Gon!" I happily told my sister it was our friend.
