David and Liza

Chapter 6

Lizas pov:
I wake up and get dressed, I'm about to start my makeup when I notice two massive hickeys along my collar bone.
I finish my make up and tried to cover them up but they were still there.
I got my phone out and took a picture
Me: babeee!
Dd❤️: what's wrong? Xx
Me: check your Snapchat Xx
...
Dd❤️: shit! I'm sorry Xx
Me: I know you're probably laughing right now Xx
Dd❤️: you know me too well, can't you put makeup on them? Xx
Me: it won't work, I'll just try and get a different top Xx
Dd❤️: sorry babe Xx

I put on a black top that covers up more of my neck. Then I see Rachel stood outside my door
Rachel: if you're coming with me I'm leaving now
I grab my bag from beside the door and my phone off charge and follow her down the stairs.
We call goodbye to our parents and close the door behind us.
I climb out the door
Rachel: hey Liza!
I turn back and rest my arms on the window
Rachel: just don't talk to any Dobriks today
Liza: I won't
I roll my eyes as she drives off
I see Scotty, Kristen, Gabbie, Zane, Alex and David walking towards me
I smile at Gabbie and try to ignore the fact that David is there, still supposed to hate eachother.
I suddenly feel a sharp hit against my butt I turn and see a douche walking past grinning at himself
Liza: wtf!
Douche: nice ass!
I flip him off and look back at the guys walking over. I can see David is angry his jaw is clenched and his fists are tightened but he tried to put on a fake smile glaring at the guy as he walks into school.
Gabbie runs over to me
Gabbie: omg what a dick I'm gonna go beat his ass
I grab her wrist as she tries to run to him and Zane grabs her shoulders pulling her back toward him
Liza: Gabbie calm down! He is just a douche looking for attention of some sort, I don't care
I glance at David and he is still watching the door anger in his eyes
Alex: David?
He claps in front of his face and David swing his head round to look at him
Alex: you good?
David: yeah, I'm gonna go and meet the rest of the guys inside
We all look at him weirdly as he runs in.
Alex: oh Liza! Sorry I forgot about your famil-
Liza: no it's fine Alex, we can be civil
Zane: i don't know what guys he went to meet they're all getting the bus
I was still looking at the school and as soon as Zane finished his sentence I shot my head round and my eyes widened. I knew exactly what he is doing. I grab Gabbie by the wrist and drag her into school speed walking.
Gabbie: are you gonna tell me where we're going?
Gabbie: liza?!
We get inside and I can already see the crowd of people at the end of the hall. I start running still gripping gabbies wrist.
Both of our eyes widen as we make it through the crowd and see David on the floor leaning over the douche from earlier
Gabbie: shit!
David is punching him over and over again
Gabbie runs in and pulls his shoulders back
He won't move though, I know the only thing I can do is take a risk and I do.
I run in and grab David's hands as he is about to go for another punch
He looks up and his eyes meet mine
'Don't do this'
I mouth and he loosens and drops off of the guy.
The douche rushes to his feet and runs out the school doors
David slowly gets up. His hands a bruised and bleeding I'm still holding onto them. I quickly drop them and look around at all the people staring at us Zane Alex and Scotty come running in behind us and check on David.
He crowd disperse as the bell rings
Gabbie is stood staring at me with one eyebrow raised but I avoid her and go back to my lesson

David's pov: time lapse to when he runs back into school

I can't let him get away with that I run into school and look around the hallway.
I see the douche at his Locker alone, I walk up to him. I slam his locker almost trapping his hands
Guy: what the fuck!
David: you fucking dick! You don't treat woman like that!
Guy: what's your problem man? Are you talking about that chick from earlier I swear you hate her
David: hate her?!
I start to push him
David: like I said you don't!
I push him further back
David: treat!
I push him again
David: women!
I shove him again
David: like that!
I push him once more and he falls to the ground
Guy: calm the fuck down dude!
I'm filled with anger I lean over him and punch him right round the face he groans in pain, I punch again and I can see bruises already start to appear on his face. From the corner of my eye I see Gabbie leap at me and try to pull me back but I keep punching. I'm about to punch again when I see Liza grab my clenched fists I loosen and look straight into her eyes in shock that she's even this close to me in public
'Don't do this' she mouths
I slowly drop off of the guy onto the floor and he runs off. I jolt up but Liza is still holding onto me. She glanced around us and drops my hands seconds later the guys are running at me. I look down at my bruised bloody hands and the guys are asking questions but I don't listen, I just want to see Liza. I try and get through but they block the way.
