Chapter 23

Gabbie: how was yesterday?
Liza: depressing
Gabbie: maybe I shouldn't of asked
Liza: no don't worry it was fine
We walked over to the lockers seeing Zane and Kristen already there.
Zane: Liza have you seen David?
Kristen: keep your voice down
Zane: sorry
Liza: um no not yet
A few more of our friends arrived but still no David.
Carly: he has 10 minutes to get to school
She said as Heath had asked why he was taking so long.
Erin: oh really haven't spoken to him
Liza: no I haven't
David: L!
He was stood behind our group and rushed over to us.
David: Liza can we talk?
Liza: sure babe
Our friends looked around the filled corridors as we talked loudly. A few people had stopped overhearing us.
Todd: um...
David: my family, well...
Then he smashed our lips together, I lifted myself onto my toes as his hands hugged my body.
Our friends tried to hide us in the hallway but everyone was stopping and staring at us.
David: my uncle, masons dad he isn't okay with this all still
Liza: I thought he was
David: no he isn't
Liza: so what does that mean for Rachel and mason
David: I'm not sure
Liza: will it affect us?
David: I would never let that happen
He reconnected our lips making me smile.
??: dude that's dobrik and koshy!
??: wait they're together?!
??: their parents must hate them
??: is this a joke?
Even more came from the crowd that now surrounded us but then the bell went.
Slowly people started to leave Not wanting to stop watching us to see what was happening.
Scott: so you just decided to tell everyone then?
Liza: well we may have ended the whole feud
Zane: what?!
David: we found the cheque my grandfather gave hers in her grandfathers desk and fixed everything yesterday afternoon
Scott: why didn't you tell us
Liza: we wanted it to be a surprise
David: can I go punch Brennen in the face now?
Liza: no babe you can't
I giggled and intertwined our hands and we all walked to lesson together.

I am so lucky to have found my soul mate and I'm so glad that we both kept fighting for eachother until we won.
