Rosé's POV
It's the birthday of Jiho tomorrow. I am at the mall to buy a gift. I was planning to just buy a gift in their town but her mom called and said that they're going to celebrate here in Seoul.
I looked at the toys. They are all good but I want a unique one. Something that Jiho still don't have. I walked around to see more toys.
A toy attracted my attention. It's a robot. I saw it on 'The Return Of Superman'. It can talk and it can be a friend to the owner. I'm sure Jiho would like it.
I grabbed the toy but in my surprise a guy grabbed it at the same time. I tried to pull it from his hands but he was strong.
"I'm sorry but can you just give it to me?" I looked at the guy
The guy was wearing a cap, mask, all black outfit and is very tall.
"BLACKPINK Rosé?" the guy asked and let go the toy
His voice is familiar. I feel like I already heard it on TV or something.
"Please don't tell other people that I'm here. You can have the toy." I panicked and gave him the toy but he shook his head
"You can have it. I won't tell other people that you are here because they would also go for me." he removed his mask for a while and smiled at me
"Annyeong sunbae-nim." I bowed and he bowed back
It's Park Chanyeol of EXO!! He's my sunbae.
"Sunbae, are you sure that you won't get this robot?" I asked
"Yes, but can you help me buy something for my friend?" he looked at me
I glanced at my watch. It's already late. There won't be many people around. Maybe I should help him.
"Sure, sunbae. For whom are you buying? A guy or a girl." I asked as we started to walk
"It's for the maknae of my group and please stop calling me sunbae. We're not on a music show or variety show. Be comfortable. We're already friends after all." he said
Yeah. We're friends. We became friends at Red Velvet's concert. He was alone because the seat of his other members was away from him. He talked to me, at first it was awkward but we slowly became comfortable with each other.
"Okay. What does your maknae likes? Does he like toys?"
"Not that much but he likes bubble tea."
An idea came up on my mind. I know what he should buy for their maknae.
"Maybe you should buy him a bubble tea maker?" I suggested
"Oh yes! That's a good idea. Let's pay first for the robot and come with me at the appliances shop." he smiled
We went to the cashier. Thankfully she didn't recognized us as an idols.
"That would be 70, 000 won, Ma'am." the cashier said
"I'll pay for it since you gave me idea on what to buy for my maknae." Chanyeol suddenly said, he is already getting his card from his wallet
"No, it's a gift for my nephew so I should pay for it." I smiled and paid the cashier
We went to the appliance store of the mall. There wasn't many people. Maybe because it's already late.
"Hello. Ma'am and Sir. What are you finding?" a saleslady approached us
"We're here for a bubble tea maker." Chanyeol answered her
"Sorry sir but our bubble tea machines are already sold out." she bowed to us
"It's okay we will just find on other shops." I bowed back
We tried to find a store with a bubble tea machine but unfortunately there are none. They said that it's out of stuck.
"Chaeyoung, you can go now. I'm sorry for disturbing you. I know you're also busy. I'll just find the bubble tea machine by myself." he smiled
"No. I've already helped you in the beginning so why not help until we find one right? And I know a appliance store 3 streets away from here. Maybe they have it." I said
He only followed me while walking to the store. I didn't expect him to be very nice. He's one of the top idols and I'm glad that didn't made his head big.
When we arrived at the store we immediately asked if they have the bubble tea machine and luckily they have it. The God of Luck is still with us.
My attention got diverted as I see a familiar back. Shit. Is that really Park Jimin? I squinted my eyes to confirm and when I saw his face, his eyes went to my direction. I quickly hid at Chanyeol's back. Why is he here?
My heart was beating fast. I don't know why but I always feel nervous when I see him. I should get over this feeling.
Chanyeol bought the dark colored bubble tea machine. He said that dark colors are Sehun's favorite.
"I should treat you dinner. If it wasn't because of you maybe I still don't have a gift for Sehun-ie" he said as we walk outside the shop
"No need, sunbae. If you didn't let me have the robot, maybe I'm still finding a gift for my nephew." I answered
"No. I insist. The ahjumma's restaurant where I always go is just near." he insisted
I didn't have a chance to say no. He really insisted. Maybe, he is thankful?
We went to the restaurant that he said. I can see that he is close to the ahjumma who owns the place. She already knows what is his order and even hugged him. The food is just cheap but the taste isn't the food tastes expensive.
After eating, he bid his goodbye to the ahjumma. We went back to the mall since his car is still there.
He also insisted to drive me home. I navigated the route to him.
"Thank you for helping me, Chaeyoung. I had fun tonight." he smiled and waved to me
