"Holy SWEET SAUCES, this is so cool!"

Nick and I were standing in the door way of a shed filled to the brim with weapons. Anything, you name it!

Daggers, swords, bows and arrows, axes, and more! Only 59.99 if you buy now! And we'll throw in a bonus of two oil cloths if you call in the next ten minutes and say SLAY!

Or, you know, something like that...

"Alright so, I just pick one?" I asked.

Nick shrugged and scratched his chin, "Eh, theoretically..."

"Aight cool." I stepped into the room. It was dark and musty, but the glowing weapons kept it reasonably lit. (A/N: LiT sHe SaId OoOoOh) I ran my finger tips across a three foot sword, "Woah..." I breathed, "Wicked..." Stepping farther into the room I searched around eagerly.

Twenty minutes later, still nothing.

"Uh, maybe check the floor?" Nick suggested. He was now sitting outside the door way, playing with some rocks he had found.

I groaned angrily, "Ugh! None of these weapons speak to me, dude! Maybe they're broken?"

"They can't be broken, Blair... Maybe your weapons not here yet?"

I scoffed and left the shed, flopping on the ground next to Nick. "What do you mean not here yet?"

He pat my head, "Well, maybe it's a weapon made by a Hepheastus kid."

"But what if I never find one?!" I whined.

He rolled his eyes, "You will, chill dude."

A loud noise, like a horn, sounded.

"What's that?" I asked.

Nick stood and helped me up, grinning "Dinner!!"

Lunch as it turns out, is served outside in a weird looking Greekish, temple without a ceiling. There were a bunch of picnic tables and tons of people gathering to eat. And I mean like A LOT. Some of the tables were overflowing with people, so much that they had two tables. Others had only one or two people sat at them looking sad.

"Coolio, where do we sit?" I asked excitedly.

Nick laughed, "Um, well, there are seating rules. Number one: You can only sit with your cabin mates. So, who ever your biological parent is, that's your cabin and you sit with your half siblings."

"Okay..."

"Number two: No switching seats. Got it?"

"Yes! Where do we sit?"

"Well, I sit with the Apollo cabin. And you sit with the Hermes cabin, since that's where all unclaimed kids sit."

I blinked at him, "Wait, your dad's Apollo?"

He smirked proudly, "Yup!"

"Wow, so do you, like, glow?"

"Wat?"

I shrugged, "Lol dude, I dunno I'm tired."

He laughed and shook his head, "Okay, weirdo. Yo, Connor! She is new, help her please whilst I eat, bye!" And then Nick was gone, shoving me into the arms of another dude.

"Rude!" I shouted after Nick. I looked up at the new guy, Connor. "Um, hi?"

He grinned at me, "Hey! Lucky you, you get to hang with us! I'm Connor Stoll, Hermes Co-Counsellor." He reached out to me with a fist bump. I could already tell I was gonna like this guy. His brown hair was messy and his eyes glittered mischievously. His smile was crooked and he had a kind of energy sparking around him that made me wanna go throw firecrackers at someone.
