"Lucas, are you in here?" I asked, peeking my head inside of our room.

"Give me a moment," I heard from our bathroom.

I walked further into the room, sitting on the edge of the bed as I placed my hand on my stomach.

"Everything alright love?" Lucas asked as he walked further into the room, giving me a concerned look.

"I'm fine. Sebastian is here, and he's waiting for you in your office," I said as I stood from the bed, walking over to where Lucas was a.

"Before you go, can we talk?"

"Of course. Are you sure you're fine?" He asked.

"I have something important to tell you."

"You're worrying me Arabella. What's wrong?"

"I, I'm pregnant Lucas."

"A-Are you sure?" He asked as he looked at me in disbelief.

I grabbed his hand, placing it on my stomach.

"You were able to sense Benjamin. Can you sense this one?" I asked.

Lucas pulled me closer to him, slightly rubbing my stomach in a circular motion, before he looked at me with tear-filled eyes.

"I can."

I placed my hand on top of his, as I leaned forward capturing Lucas lip's in a short but loving kiss. Lucas deepened the kiss as one of my hands found their way into his short hair. Lucas pushed down the top of my dress, kissing my bare shoulder.

"L-Lucas, we can't," I said as I tried to push Lucas away, but his grip on me only tightened.

"Why's that?" Lucas asked as he started to kiss my neck, finding my sweet spot.

"Sebastian is waiting for you."

"He can wait," Lucas said, picking me up bridal style as he carried me to the bed.

Lucas gently placed me down on the bed, joining me shortly as he hovered over me. I couldn't help the smile that spread across my lips as I stared up at Lucas.

"What is it, love?" Lucas asked.

"I'm just so happy right now," I admitted.

Lucas propped himself up on one arm as his other one reached forward, cupping my face as his thumb wiped away my tears. He smiled down at me as he leaned forward, his head resting next to mine as my arms wrapped tightly around him.

He rolled us over onto our sides. I couldn't stop myself from curling into him as he stroked my head.

"I hope we get a girl this time," Lucas said.

"Oh, yeah?"

"Yeah, we already have two boys, so all we need now is a girl," Lucas said.

I felt so relieved and happy to hear him refer to Oliver as his own child, especially considering everything.

"That'd be nice."

"After all the hell Benjamin has given me, It would be nice for a change of pace."

"You know girls can be like that as well," I said, looking at him as he gave me a horrified expression.

"Sweetie, please don't tell me that."

I couldn't help but laugh at his helpless expression.

"At the moment, Oliver is our only good child. I'm just praying this one is good as well. I don't think I could handle another Benjamin."

"Oh come on now, he wasn't that bad. Was he?"

Lucas gave me a look that I couldn't quite place as he sat up. I gave him a questioning look as he stood from the bed, turning to give me an annoyed look.

"Wasn't that bad? Love you don't even know the half of it. Let me tell you what your precious little child did one time."

"Uh oh," I said, not being able to control my laughter.

"Woman, don't laugh at me. It's a miracle that, that little shit didn't put me in an early grave. When he was little, he was convinced that he had to jump off of a cliff, and do you want to know why he thought that, hmm?"

"Why?" I said, biting my bottom lip, trying to stop myself from laughing.

"Because he had convinced himself that, that was the only way to get his wings," Lucas said, giving me an exhausted look.

"What?" I asked laughing.

"Exactly. That's exactly what I asked his dumbass and then he has the gall to look at me with a serious expression on his face and go, 'well that's how Uncle Sebastian does it' like what even is that," Lucas ranted.

"Well, did he ever get his wings?"

"Hell no," Lucas groaned out as he started to walk towards the door.

"Where are you going?" I asked, chuckling.

"To go see my stupid brother," he said as he opened the door, walking out before slamming the door behind him.

I couldn't help but laugh at how Lucas was acting. It was one thing that I always loved about him. He's could be such an animated person at times.
