Chapter Two : Bullies

• Two : Bullies •
[WEDNESDAY - October 18th, 2017]

BAYLEY walked out of her class and head towards the cafeteria. Though she's been here for a few months now and she still doesn't have friends. It was her choice anyways.

She accidentally bumped into someone on her way inside the cafeteria.

"Girl." The girl says turning around and Bayley looked up from where she was on the ground. "You okay?" The girl asked holding her hand out to help her up.

"Y-yeah." Bayley replied as she took girl's hand. She pulled her up and smiled a small smile afterward.

"I'm Naomi." She says as she let's go of Bayley's hand.

"Bayley." Bayley replies plainly as they walked towards the line of teens waiting to get their food from the lunch ladies.

"I assume you're new? Maybe? Never seen your face around here." Naomi said and Bayley grabbed a tray after Naomi picked one up.

"Not that new. Ive been here a few months now. I just don't have friends. I am being -" Bayley was cut off by a shove. She turned around and looked in the face of the blonde girl again. "- bullied." She finished the sentence.

"Oh, that's Charlotte. The purple haired one is Sasha and the orange haired one is Becky." Naomi finished and Bayley pursed her lips.

"Yeah, I dont even know why they're bullying me." Bayley asked shrugging her shoulders a bit, shaking her head a little.

"They pick on the weakest link." Naomi says looking Bayley from head to toe and continuing down the line.

"Yeah? Well, I'm not weak." Bayley says and Naomi snorted before elbowing her softly.

"You look like it. Stand up for yourself." Naomi says and Bayley laughed. They got their food and found a table to sit it.

"Hey, this is Jimmy, Jey and Carmella. You guys this is Bayley. She's sitting with us." Naomi says and Bayley smiles sitting next to Carmella.

Bayley watched the girls sit down. She just wanted to know why. Bayley wasn't one to fight because she was pretty chill and laid back but, she would if she felt like she had to.

She watched as Charlotte got up with a cup in hand and came over to the table. She sighed and rolled her eyes. Charlotte came over and dumped her drink all over Bayley's head.

"See I did it!" Charlotte laughed and the girls laughed. Making the entire cafeteria laugh except Naomi, Jey, Jimmy and Carmella.

Bayley got up and pushed her seat back before she shoved Charlotte on the ground. Naomi grabbed her by her hand and pulled her back possibly to prevent a fight.

"Chill!" Naomi yelled and Bayley tried to pull her hand free.

"Let me go!" Bayley yelled getting out of Naomi's grip.

There was chatter on their side too. Bayley got free and got on top of Charlotte punching her over and over.

Someone pulled her off and she was hit by Charlotte and Sasha. Someone else grabbed Bayley by the waist and calmed her down.

"Everybody stay here!" A man yelled and Bayley broke free and stormed into the girls' restroom.

She looked at herself in the mirror there was ice in her hair. She picked it all out piece by piece.

She was relieved nobody entered the restroom at that time. That is, until those three girls stormed into the bathroom again.

"What the -" Bayley was cut off by Charlotte throwing a blow to the right side of her face. They were followed by repeated blows. She felt herself being picked up and held down as the blows kept coming.

Everything else was a blur.

Bayley opened her eyes and she looked into the ceiling of the nurse's office. She got up and the nurse rushed over to her.

"Who did this to you?" The nurse asked and Bayley scoffed.

"Nobody. Don't call my parents." Bayley says as she grabbed her bag up off the ground.

"We already did." The nurse said sternly and Bayley rolled her eyes before storming out of the room.

She ran down to her locker grabbed her skateboard and ran toward the exit. She fixed her backpack and jumped on her skateboard.

She began to skate to her favorite place. She looked in the window of a car to see her reflection. Her face wasn't that bad. A cut on her brow and lip. Bayley rolled her eyes at her reflection and kept skating.

I still won the fight that's why they all jumped in.
