It was the next day and I was pacing back and forth in the kitchen...Vicky was coming today. I don't know if Jackson was but, I wasn't ready for him. I needed food and a highchair. Cathy was going to get some snacks to place out on the counter. I would have but, I'm to nervous and I needed to be here just in case she came early. I walked to the window and waited. Zach called me earlier but, had to go quick. I guess he is a busy man. After a short minute I saw a car pull up and it wasn't Cathy's....She's here.

I heard a car door shut and I opened the door before taking one last glance at the house.
"You must be Vicky, Nice to finally meet you" I smiled
"Same here, Shall we get started?"She asked
She is ready for business...while not business but, you get what I mean
"Yes, I am"I repiled
"I understand you live with a elderly women?"She questioned
"Uh, Yes. Cathy is like a mother to me. She is excited for this. Cathy is super supportive"I smiled at the thought
"Where is she? Will she join us?"Vicky asked
"Yes, She went to get some appetizers...She should be back soon"I replied
"I-"
"She's here" I interpreted walking to the door
"Just in time" Vicky chuckled
We got the food set and we started.
"Looks like everything down here looks great. Child Locks, Edges of things as rubber so the child doesn't get hurt, Food, Water set right, and a baby gates" She begin "Shall we head upstairs?"
"Yes" Cathy smiled opening the gate
We walked upstairs and to the right. Down to the right is my room, the baby room and a bathroom for the baby when he grows up if he stays that long. To the left is Cathy's, A guest room and another room that is still in the works. Straight ahead is like another living room and a balcony. Vicky checked our rooms and when I mean checked, I mean she really went digging. She smiled and we lead her to Jackson's room. We put a cute door decoration. It read Jackson's Room. I didn't get it, Zach found it and dropped it off while I was at work. It was very thoughtful. I smiled and walked in...Everything was perfect. Toys, Blankets, baby clothes...
"Claire?"Someone called out
"Huh, Yes? What?" I asked coming out of my thoughts
"I asked you how you feel about this?"Vicky reminded me
"Oh yes, I am glad. I mean upset that I didn't know about Jackson sooner. I'm happy I have this opportunity. I owe it to my brother" I smiled
"I can see that, Let me take a look and we can all head back downstairs"She replied
"Alright"I said
After 10 minutes we all walked down and walked Vicky to the door.
"Well, You did a good job at short notice"She begin "Although I found a couple things that need to be fixed"
"Oh?"Cathy questioned
"You need a highchair, 2x the amount of baby food you have and more diapers"She said handing a pice of paper
"Oh yes, We got the things we have to show you that we are ready. I didn't wanna spend more money till I thought we where going to get him"I responded
