3rd POV (exact outfit but without the mask and includes a beanie)

Over the next week katsuki was given his last few tests. They then made him an alibi and everything. He was dropped off at the school by Tony.

"Remember kid, your apart of my interns, and scored well enough that you came here to live with me as my ward."

Katsuki nodded and waved Tony off. He turned around and everyone was staring at him. So much for the subtle entrance. He glared at them and that got everyone to leave him alone. For now.

He walked to the office to get his schedule. He introduced himself still having a his accent. The lady was old but was actually good at her job and quickly was able to get his schedule. He read it over and went over to his class room. He found a few kids inside, one of them being peter and two other people who seem to be his friends. Katsuki didn't know if they had assigned seats or not. He went over to peter and his friend group.

"Ah, p-uh, h-hello, I am new. Is there suppose to be assigned seats?"

He almost slipped up saying peters name.

"Oh, I'm Harry, no, we don't really have assigned seats except for some certain classes."
"I'm Mary Jane, call me MJ. Aren't you gonna introduce yourself, Parker?"

Peter quickly got over it and nodded.
"I'm Peter Parker, um, what's your name."
"Ba-katsuki bakugou, I would prefer bakugou. It's a bit informal where I'm from if you call me by first name, only certain people can do that."
"Well why don't you sit with us. We don't mind new company."

Peter smiled. Katsuki sat down in the desk in front of MJ's.

"Wait, not-"

"YO BLONDIE, WATCHA DOIN SITTIN IN MY SEAT!"

Katsuki turned to another blonde boy who was stomping over to him. Who does this American living embodiment of every cliche movie bully think he is.

"I was told it is not assigned seating, and I wish to sit with my friends. Surely you can sit any where else."

Bakugou stared at the bully unimpressed.

"You got some nerve talking to me. I'm Flash Thompson, who are you loser? Some new nobody if you wanna be hanging with a loser like Parker."

Bakugou knew of a way to simply utterly destroy him and he could feel the heat in his palms rise before he clenched them. He turned away and crossed his legs on top of the desk.

"MJ, you were about to tell me about the school?"

He was leaning over to make eye contact. Flash stood furious glaring at katsuki.

"Oh that's it,"

Katsuki was picked up by the shirt and simply smiled at Flash.

"What you smiling at loser?"
'Oh nothing, but the fact that the teacher is behind you and your bullying a completely defenseless Japanese student. You Americans are dumb. Mostly.'

Flash stared confusedly at katsuki until he heard a cough behind him.

"Mr. Thompson, I will expect to see you later today for bullying our new transfer student. Put him down and find a seat."
"Bu-"
"Now, or I'll make it another detention for tomorrow."

Katsuki was set down and he sat in his chair. He sent a innocent smile to the teacher.

"Now, uh-" "Bakugou, sir."
"Bakugou, you are able to keep along with our lesson correct. It says you know English."

"Well enough, I can ask miss Mary Jane for help. She seems to be one of the top students."
"Good, now,..."

Then teacher went on over a subject he already knew.
