Nico POV
When we got back to the brick wall I realised it was the 17th of August. I can't believe I forgot! "Hey guys, before we go back I saw an ice cream stall back there. Percy, could you go get us a couple of tubs. He nodded and made his way over to it. "Guys, today is the 17th! You know what that means?" I asked. Realization struck all of them."He's 17 tomorrow." Answered Thalia. "Thats not even the worst of it. It would gave been Annabeth and his 1st anniversary."Piper said. I saw Percy paying the guy at the stall, so we all quickly agreed to not bring it up. Percy looked suspicious when he came back but he didn't ask questions.
Thalia POV
When we got back to the Leaky Cauldron, we sat at one of the tables and ate ice cream. The rest of the day went by quickly and when we got back to our room we all waited for Percy to fall asleep the we snuck out of the room so we could all by him a present.
Percy POV
I woke up on the floor this morning. Hmmmm... I wonder how I got here. I was really confused until I looked at my bed. Lying on top of my covers were presents. Oh great... They remembered. I look around and see that they are all fast asleep so I decide to wake them. To wake Piper and Jason, I made the plant beside their bed grow until it was touching the ceiling then I brought it down on top of them with a hug thwak. To wake up Frank and Hazel I turned into a chameleon and stuck my tongue in there ears. Lastly, to wake up Thalia, Nico and Leo I poured ice down there PJ tops. It did the trick because all of them woke up to see a very angry Percy standing in front of them. I gave them all my best wolf glare and they all flinched. My glares are extremely scary.
Leo POV
I was planning on sleeping in but that didn't work out because I got woken up by icy water being poured on my head. I was about to yell at Percy when I seen him glaring at me. I flinched.My Gods his glare is scary. "What the Hades guys!" He screamed. "Surprise..." I replied while doing jazz hands. He didnt look very happy.
"First, you get me presents, which most of you know I hate. Second, you pushed me off of my bed!" He yelled.
"You were taking up too much room." Said Nico.
Percy looked like he was about to murder someone but instead he just punched the wall. The wall now had a huge hole. Remind me never to be on the receiving end of his fist. "Just open them." Piper charm spoke. He just smirked. "That doesn't work on me remember. But I guess it wouldn't kill me to look."

There were two more presents sitting on the bed. Percy picked up the smaller one first. "It says enjoy." He ripped open the paper and inside were blue cookies. "Sally gave them to me before we left." Explained Thalia. "Malcolm gave me the last one." Taped to the top was a letter that said:
Percy, I found this in one of Annabeth's drawers. She meant to give it to you on your birthday. She told me if she didnt make it, i had to give it to you myself. The camp misses our hero and we wish him happy birthday.

Percy opened the parcel to see another note glued to the outside of a big box.
"Read it out loud." Hazel told Percy.
"Dear Percy,
If you are reading this it means I didnt make it. I told Malcolm to give you this letter if I was killed, as well as this parcel. I'm giving you my invisibility cap. I hope it brings you renowned luck. The other thing is the one thing I was actually planning on giving to you for your birthday. Leo helped me make it. I hope when you look at it you'll remember me.
I would give everything to be with you right now, but we all know by now that you can't cheat death. Percy you may be the camps' hero. You may be the gods' hero but you have always been my hero. Keep being brave and saving people because its what you do best. Happy birthday and anniversary.

Percy smiled for the first time in weeks. In the box lay a Yankees cap, which im guessing is the invisible cap, and a tablet. I, of course, knew what it was. When he turned it on a picture came up. It was of them on the beach holding hands. As he flicked across, the pictures seemed to make him happier. There was pictures of the 7, pictures from the years before the Titan war and pictures of him and Annabeth . "Thank you Leo."
We all knew that today might be the day we get the old Percy back.
