Harry POV
Classes up to diner went by super quickly. After History of Magic with the ghost Professor Bins, everyone was in a hurry to go to dinner. No one noticed when I snuck away to the Common Room. I gave the Fat Lady the password, Anaklusmos. When the Americans heard the password they all have each other this look like the word meant something. I on the other hand have no idea what it means. It's a password though. Not like it will have any real significance. Maybe they just reacted because it sounds funny. Once in the common room, I thought about checking the girls dorm first but then I remembered a couple years ago when we tried to get up and we just slid back down. "You can't get up there. It's the girls dormitories. You are boys." Hermione had said later on. Well the boys probably have more things to search through anyways.
I walked into the dorm I was shearing with the boys. It's a lot more squished then last year as they added like 5 extra beds for the Americans. I poked through the small Latino one first. Leo, I think his name is. Clothes, and below that he had a bunch of tools and bolts and stuff. Maybe he likes to make things. He also has a couple blank bits of paper and a couple envelopes. Nothing criminal. Moving along. Jason, the blonde guy, had some t shirts and some extra glasses frames. Nothing out of the ordinary either. Same with the buff dude, just some shirts. The small slightly tan one with the scary eyes, Nick I think, had a much heavier bag then the other two. When I opened it I saw a bunch of little mini knives and stuff. Honestly, that didn't surprise me. If he wanted to kill someone he would have done it already. I kept note to keep one eye open when sleeping and have my wand under my pillow.
Percy Jackson. They only name I can remember for sure. All the girls want him. All the teachers love him. I save the world and what do I get? Nothing. I guess I have Ginny. But no one else seems to care that I saved their ungrateful asses. Percy's bag was generally light. Lighter then Leo and Nicks at least, with all the tools and weapons they had. Jackson had two orange shirts in it. Like the others most of his clothes are in the wardrobe. He also had a pouch filled with small gold coins. Their must have been hundreds of them. I took one out and decided I'd need it for research later so I slipped it into my pocket. Jackson also had a couple knives. One of them stood out. It looked like it was made of bone. Maybe Dragon bone. It was more of a sword then a knife. It's looked new and old at the same time. The handle thing was worn like it was really old bone. But the blade looked almost in used. That made me mad. If it had been covered in blood or something I could have turned it in. It had little bits of sand or dust on it but that was it.
The only other thing in his bag was a tablet of some sort. Actually it waa more of an electronic photo album. The first picture was of Percy and the goth girl Theresa with a tall guy with red hair and crutches. The caption said Percy, Thalia and Grover. The next was of Nick, Theresa and Percy. Leo and a really pretty girl were in one. I wouldn't of guessed he had a girlfriend. Leo and Calypso. The tablet was more like a memory book then just plain photos. The people in the pictures seemed to get older as I flipped through. One girl in particular caught my eye. She had Blonde, curly hair and beautiful grey eyes. She was featured in almost every photo, but her name wasn't mentioned. I flipped to the very last photo. It was the blonde girl staring into the eyes of none other than Percy Jackson. There was no name but I flipped up to look at the details and noticed it had a note written. Percy and Annabeth , 18th August, before lake. I had no idea what "before lake meant". But this girl obviously meant something to Jackson. Probably the reason why her name is never mentioned. HA! She's probably his ex- girlfriend and this is like some pathetic shrine to her because she wouldn't take him back. I left the common room to get dinner, after putting everything back the same way, happy that I'd found something I could use. Annabeth. Wherever she is she'll probably thank me. Hearing her name will hopefully bring back their terrible break-up and make him so sad that he just breaks down and looks pathetic indolent of everyone. Percy Jackson better watch out. Harry Potter is coming to take back what's rightfully he is. The attention and adoration of the school.
(Ik I use R and U and Y a lot instead of are,you and why but I spend so long reading old books for school like Shakespeare,that I realised the language is sooooo "proper" if that's the right word. R and U and stuff read the same as they would if I spelt them correctly. I'll try to stop but when typing it's a reflex to shorten everything so it might just pop up as single letters sometimes. Sorry for when that happens)
