Chapter 9: Overseer's Game

"So you're his fiance?" Meng Wei's smooth voice came out in a forced tone.

Lu Feng shivered and lit a candle for Ji Xiang mentally.

"En."

"Daddy, he even made us waste time by making us create a cure for his brain disease! It took a long time and Mommy was always tired!" Lai Jing chipped in, making the aura around the Creation God more deadly.

"Is that so?" Meng Wei's voice was terrifying at this point.

Ding Ye also chipped in by saying, "He tried to hold a gang bosses meeting but Brother Feng didn't go. I think that's why he held another one."

Lu Feng scolded Ding Ye in his mind.

'Why can't you be smart at another time? My husband might even destroy him!'

"Ah ah, Wei Wei, don't be mad. I'll kill him later on, you just focus on making my mango & peach juice!" Lu Feng knew that a Creation God destroying something was not right and he could be punished by the overseer of their original world. Lu Feng didn't know for sure if the powerful overseer was watching over them, but it didn't hurt to be careful.

Meng Wei retracted his murderous aura and calmed down.

"Mm, I'll make your juice. But let's get back to that party. Aren't you and Xiao Jing hungry? Let's go get something for you to eat."

Ding Ye felt left out. Kind of despairing, he left to go to the bathroom to try to fix his ruined look.

After Ding Ye left, the Meng Wei formed a pair of dashing suits. One white and the other black. The white suit fit perfectly on Lu Feng while the black suit made Meng Wei very attractive.

Lai Jing marveled at this magic and made a vow to himself to learn how to do this stuff.

Lu Feng and Meng Wei took back their powers very quickly and now were like regular mortals, only a gazillion times better looking...

[Host, the System Managing God has been overruled by a powerful force who calls itself the overseer of your original world. While the Gods do not know what was happening, they had to submit to the overpowering force. This Overseer has made a proposal to you. It seems you have no choice but to receive it.]

[Here is the proposal.

The host has to go through 10 very different and difficult worlds to be freed from the system. Or else, the host will be destroyed.

The host can keep his memories but the God of Creation will lose his memories until he comes in contact with the host.

The host's powers will be taken away, as well as the God of Creation's. The Seer power can be used only once per world.

The host's main role is to become famous. The host doesn't need to become an idol, it would be preferred, but it is not necessary.

The host's child, Lai Jing can come with the host through different worlds intact with his memories.

The host's child will be converted into the God of Arts & Crafts since the old God of Arts & Crafts wants to retire.

The host's status board will be renewed and simplified(this is mostly due to my laziness...) by displaying points only. The host will have to earn points to buy supplies from the Overseer's market. The host will start with a 1,000 points.
