SETTING - after Chapter 106: Curse
So, by Chapter 106 Irie informs Rei that Sui had read the Journal with the help of an internet friend. She did not tell 'that person' the specifics, nor did she tell Irie who 'that person' was, but 'that person' knows about the journal.
This is something that occurred later that day when Sui came to visit Rei.

"Sorry, Sui broke the promise..." The girl was sulky but still clung to her brother closely, "Sui read something she shouldn't have."
"It's alright," Rei forgave her without much hesitation, "You're kinda like dad, always impatient to know more." Of course, Rei was disappointed, but he felt his younger sister coming up to apologize was admirable in itself.
"I even told that person a lot about the journal too," she was even more moody now, "or he probably figured it out..."
This made Rei contemplate-- was it a bad thing if some random person knew about his story? Well, if it was a very, very random person I'm sure he doesn't exactly know Rei's specific identity either--
"Hey, what was that person's name?" Rei asked.
"Hm?" Sui lifted her head curiously, "I don't know his name, but I think he's older than me... maybe he's Shou-chan's age? His user ID is Sour48..."
Rei froze.
"Rei-chan?" Sui perked up with alarm at the strange reaction.
Rei buried his face into his palms, "CALL IRIE NOW I NEED SPANNER ON A PHONE"

Explanation for my li'l folks:
Spanner's name is written as SupaHana 酢花 which literally translates to Sour Flower. But it is read as Spanner (Su-pa-na) and meant that way. His fandom shorthand is 48.
